hello im the new guy with the same problem. sould have known since i counted 22 offers accepted and only sold 12 units sold, doh! i too got the bogus tracking number and paypal says i have to wait 10 days to open a dispute. well we will see what heppens.

Call 1-888-221-1161, Go thru the automated steps and say you would like to open a claim. They'll wave the info on the tracking number and give the seller 3 days to get in touch with you. He won't so then it'll escalate to a claim. You should have your money back by the beginning of next week.

I went over to pirate, they have only three pages? I would have thought they would be similar to GJ. I did mention Wenzel.

Wenzel? What are you referencing?

wenzel

The act of exposing and bringing to justice an internet scammer.

I am going to wenzel you.
e.g. I am going to uncover who you are and where you are. Then I am going to reach out and wipe that smirk off your face, get my money back, and make sure you never are able to screw anyone else again.

The scammer was wenzeled by the folks at Pirate4x4.

The scammer is referred to as the wenzelee.
His identity was revealed and he was brought to justice by the wenzeler.

Charlie Wenzel was a member of the pirate4x4 forum that tried to scam somebody. It did not end well and now his name is a bit infamous. Search google you will get a ton of info.

And remember, when you sell used goods (a ring and pinion in this case) but claim it is new, you describe it as "Bran New!" Dropping the "d" is critical.

Listen people. If you have a package coming, you owe it to us to call in dead to work and present a video of the unboxing ASAP. Unless it turns out it's really a welder... BORING.

FEDEX royally screwed up. Instead of shipping my box of bricks to a terminal, it's on a truck for delivery to my house. Luckily I was able to get home before they attempted to deliver it (no door tag on my door). They better not screw up again...

So are you saying that you are at your house and the package is being delivered there soon?

Yes, with a hoagie. As long as FEDEX doesn't mess up and redirect it back to the terminal, I will get it today. The lady on the phone said they will attempt to deliver it here first, but they already messed up once...

I don't get why this guy would bother to ship a box of bricks, or ship anything at all. Was this just cover to get more auctions to close? Shipping a box of bricks cost him money!

What's on the hoagie?

LMAO...

What day did you place your order with the "seller"?

Grilled chicken from last night, lettuce, cheese, mayo, and Aleppo pepper. Nothing mind blowing, but a solid sandwich.

My offer was accepted on June 16.

If people start receiving welders...I am going to kick myself for not buying a lot of 10 of them so I could sell them at a profit but still less than MSRP on other websites where I would then also be called a scammer.

This is getting good tho, I have hit refresh 5 minutes all day.
