I fully understand the 9.0s tend to have problems, that is not the question
I have a "Red Lithium" 9.0 that does not illuminate the last light on the fuel gauge. As such I don't know if the diode is just failed or if it's actually not taking a full charge.
It used to be possible to "pull codes" from the batts by holding the button (or something) but no amount of holding the button or rapidly pressing the button will create a light show. Basically, I'm just looking for ANY way to see if that diode will illuminate under ANY circumstance.
Suggestions? This one is out of warranty....
