Well I thought I would give an update as long as this thread came up again. so here goes...
The exterior as it is today (mess and all).
I also finished the fabrication on my new English Wheel. It still needs to be blasted and painted but I wanted to use it some before I put the paint on.
And Ron Covell using it at the recent AllMetalShaping.com meet in Santa Cruz.
This is a manual roll bender that I purchased for a large floor grating job I am working on. It works great. It came with a crank handle but I rolled up the wheel because it works better for what I am doing with it right now.
And the newest tool to find it's way into my shop is this Baileigh Magnetic Brake. Based on the old Magna Bend design. Baileigh brought a trailer full of metal shaping tools to the same Santa Cruz meet an I bought it off of their trailer an brought it home.
The crane still works beautifully, work is flowing and the shop is getting a great deal of use (to the point that it's a mess right now and I can't wait to get a break to clean it up).
That's the news from my little shop in Skull County.
Thanx for all the kind words,

Jaysin
