I know better then to ever doubt a design choice you've made and implemented Royce, but I had to ask. Thanks Cam,
No worries, having a polyethylene keel shoe, it should slide off the trailer without submerging much of it.
One of my biggest phobias.Something about drilling a hole through the bottom of a boat, just don't set right!
Well ive been told cell phones do wonders for your complexion. You must have the 20' view!

Got the third and final coat of primer on.
This finish will be far from perfect, bugs, cottonwood seeds, sags, ripples and brush marks.
It will look just fine at about 10' away, maybe 20' away !

That's so true Baldewin,Very few people if any will notice your perceived imperfections, besides a good portions of it is under water and the fish don't care. You have skills!
Woods,I keep seeing your mention of epoxy. I got some 2-part epoxy from a guy that had to do some work on his boat and had some left over. Used it on the floor of my sled trailer. Fortunately I had a long nap roller to induce some "white cap" action in the epoxy for some winter traction, hopefully. Hard as nails.
Just be glad you don’t have a Newfound dog in your shop. The hair is enough to become a structural component in the epoxyGot the third and final coat of primer on.

Thanks.Woods,
Bear in mind that epoxy is UV sensitive and needs to be painted if exposed to sun light.

Puget,Old finish carpenter once told me-
“We’re not striving for perfection, just the illusion of perfection “
Thanks Woods and hell yea, she's going in the water as soon as possible! The museum has got be excited to get that beauty delivered.
You aren't actually going to put that thing in the water are you?
