I just did a low cost garage stereo. $800 US and its got two tower speakers, sub, and a 5 channel amp that has bluetooth for all options for sources. Lots of good low cost options these days. Yamaha AMP and JBL sub and towers. Mounted the towers high up on the wall out of the way.

Should have the plumber coming by in the next couple days to finalize some valves / sink / turn on water.

I’ll give the floor a wash and by the end of next week I should have the hoist in.

Will post pics!

What are you guys using in regards to water? I have a hot and a cold valve but this looks a bit fragile is there anything nicer?

Yup wired them all in ceiling with plastic octagons for exterior. Didn’t want to see the wiring attached from one light to another.
Also another reason why I went with the rab lights is that they have octagon knockouts in the middle so mounting them was a breeze.

If I ever need more lighting I could just attach them together at a later date but at 5100 lumens per fixture it’s definitely bright enough for me

Did you hard wire one in an octagon box or did they all get one? For daisy chaining them, did you use the connectors they came with or jump 14/2 between them? TIA

No sir.
Roughed in 10 octagons with 14/2 in between them.
So when it came with installing the fixtures I just shot a laser keep them straight and screwed up the fixture to the octagon so it was easier.

Car on the lift in action looks good. Now no excuses for not working on the car L.O.L.

Haha no kidding. Honestly it’ll still be about a year until I can fully start getting to work on cars. It was a mission to get my Audi inside the garage since I have to do abunch of paving still outside.

I do have some minor things to do on it though in the mean time it’ll be fine lol

I started my home detailing setup some times ago with porter cable random orbital polisher, meguiars 105 and 205 compound and polish. All of my polishing
pads are chemical guys or lake country. My power washer is inexpensive AR blue
from lowes. Everything above could be purchased on amazon, autogeek, etc.
