well, I have asked for 4000psi, fiber-crete. How can chk my contractor i pouring it? Does fiber crete, show fibers?

Check the ticket and watch the truck operator. Sometimes they won't write down that they added water to the mix at the site, sometime they will. It only takes a couple seconds to add a bunch of water to the mix. If you're looking the other way...

Ask for the load tickets from each concrete truck that comes on site. It will list the mix design and any special admixes that were added. If you don't get originals, you at least want to see copies.
My cotractor gave me a carbon copy of the invoice, and on the finished pad itself, you can see the fiber hairs.

If you think that you may someday have a need to trailer a car, you may want at least one 9' wide door, for trailer storage or even boat & trailer storage.

I think I missed something in the posts. Why aren't you using the steel siding from Mircacle Truss. Did you opt to save $$$ with plywood or are you wrapping in vinyl to match your house or something?

Wrapping in the Vinyl is so the building looks to be a stick/wood built, rather than having a steel building in the back yard. The steel look idea would not fly with the wife, and I personally did not think the neighbors wanted to see it either. As for the cost, it would have been cheaper and quicker to go with the steel, now that I am in the finishing stages.
