Got the hub rough cut today.
10"x .365W
Also started cutting some bronze for bearings, between the body and hub.
The material I have is 7-3/4OD x .350W
With the bronze being smaller in diameter than needed, I'll have to make them in two segments and reform them.
Will The bronze tolerate reshaping that far???

Press and a set of slip rolls to re-form the bearings? I'm guessing braze the two halves together and clean the ring up on the lathe?
I'll use the hub as a form to reshape them.
They will be screwed to the hub, so I'll wedge and clamp them in the hub as I work around drilling and tapping.
I believe they won't need brazed, with being screwed to the hub.
Then haul them to a friends shop for turning, as I don't have a lathe, that is capable.

Sounds like a plan-you using bronze or brass bolts?

Got the bearings formed today
The material was reluctant to bend under clamp pressure, so resorted to the diacro.
They are fitting up nicely.

Cut some doublers for the hub, opened them up in the press, to match ID to OD.
They will have flats cut, to screw the pivot lock plates to.

Flattened the top of the doubler, ready to tap 4 more fasteners for the lock plate.
Also turned and tapped two 1-3/8" x 2-3/4" stub axles that will press into the hub and be welded on the inside of the hub
