They're just belts, get them from anywhere that sells belts. They should be reasonably tight, something like 3/8" deflection when you push on them.
Also, I want a 432 in the worst way. What did that thing cost you?

Thanks jim. How do go about tightning the belts? 200$. It seems I have more in the wiring part of it so far.
Looks like I will hit my napa up and see if they have the belts.
There is some oil around the bottom of the pump. I need to pinpoint where that leak is coming from

Grainger, Fastenal, Ace, lock hardware store.
Good looking compressor, loosen the bolts on the motor and slide back for tension.
Fastenal sells belts?? Cool. Got one of them right next to work

Yeah any industrial supply type place should have them, I often use Tractor Supply for belts.
$200 is a good price, those pumps are tough as nails and just chug along for ages. What size motor are you using on it?
It has a baldor 5 on it
I would just tighten them, but the middle belt is more sloppy than the outer ones. What ya think? I'm sure the belts haven't been replaced in well over a decade though.

Pick up some new belts.
I agree, belts are cheap enough, just grab some new ones.
I've wedged 2x4, 4x4 pieces between the pump and motor to tighten the belts.

Ok new problem. Finally got it wired up and running:
Found out tank has a hole. Gonna replace it. While I was taking it apart I noticed(that no man can pull this flywheel off with his bare hands)that the fly wheel has some play in it.
Not flywheel on shaft play but shaft in pump play. Normal?

No expert, the crankshaft shouldn't have any noticeable play in the case/pump. Kams1973 and I removed my Kellogg flywheel by removing the main bolt and inserting a large chisel to spread the collar open a bit. Next step was gently tapping it with a sledge and wood blocks to slide it off the shaft. It took about an hour but I had great help.

i had to drill 3 small holes in the flywheel in order to restore this old pump....there was nooooooo wayyyyy that 16" flywheel was coming off without a puller.....make shure you put a washer or something inbetween the puller and the crank shafte end threads or the puller will wreck them.

if that was mine, i would still consider drilling at least 2 holes across from each other for the puller. Its a pretty thick chunk of meat ther(thicker than mine was ), shouldnt weakn it.....You could also drill and tap would b cool , if you dont want to go all the way through. I bet that casting is easier to drill through than you think, its not solid bar stock center there. If it is easy to drill...i would do all three. Keep posting pictures , some of us on here luv compressor rebuilds
Drillin an tappin is not a bad idea. Just got a brand new set itchin to get used.

Seems jb3179 is banned, I was hoping to get in touch with him about this ol pump
that's a neat neat pump man. In your third picture, that large ring behind the crank, going into the oil sludge there is an oil pick up. It somehow helps alottttt in the lubrication and long life of this pump. Do you hav a lathe or a way to spin that crank....i would polish those rod journals on the crank with 400Grit after you clean it up.

On pulling the flywheel... is there enough space between the flywheel and the pump to get a piece of bar stock in there? You could try to put the metal behind the fins and then use the puller bolted to that. That way you don't have to put holes in the flywheel itself.
Yes gonna clean crank up good. What about rods? There rusted and corroded bad. Bead blast ok?
