I think I see “-TISSER” or “-TISSES” which has to do with weaving (granted, it also looks like “713548”), but expect “pince à” to precede it, and what’s there looks like “GRAIAT” to me.


Likely Hugoniot-Tissot. I have a few of their pliers, exceptionally high quality. I also have an Hugoniot-Tissot hand vise. I'm out, on phone, or I'd link them so you compare markings. If you search this forum on that name, you'll find them.I think I see “-TISSER”
