Thats plombs nemesis, the infamous plumb hammer.
That's a common hammer from PLUMB, not PLOMB. It's a $1 to $3 garage sale hammer, $10 to $15 if you really needed one.
EDIT: REDUNDANT to ssdave. (What happened to the Delete Post option?)
Damon- just like Ss Dave said- that is plumb, not plomb. That is the company that sued plomb and won. He is on the mark with the prices as well!

Thanks guys! That's the education I was looking for. No wonder it hasn't sold at $45. I must have missed the whole Plomb/Plumb story, I thought it was two names for the same company over time.
Is there a sticky with the story or a link you can point me to?
Thanks for the info, trying to learn the brands.
That's kind of you to say. It can be found in the Index in the Sticky.
My user interface is really strange right now. I don't have the delete option.
Weird, right? Glad it's not just me going crazy.![]()
Thanks. I never saw that notice. Is it still active somewhere? Not to continue to go off topic here, but I don't understand. I get removing the ability to edit posts more than 24 hours old. Why would he want to prevent an angry person from deleting 600+ deranged posts? The delete function was removed by Ryan a couple days ago, as well as suspending the ability to edit posts more than 24 hours old. He had a member with a grudge going back and editing all 600+ posts he had in history to a political rant. He said he will add back in edit capability, but not delete.

Thanks. That’s a pretty long 1/4 drive extension especially in those days. Nice find

I have seen one, but the guy was asking an outrageous amount for it and the **** in it, which he would not separate.
No, it was at the OCO swap in Oakland, and it was well over $100 and filled with broken taps and other junk.

It’s good to know they exist though. I just made a deal on a bunch of the scarcer stuffings for the big set. Now I’m thinking about where to put them.

That's a cool look, Smoke.
I plucked this prewar baby out of a Craftsman box at the flea this morning.

Looks great! Smoke! Any plans for individual LED lighting?![]()
Looks great sir.I can help you by putting it on this shelf I made for my sets! I put cork on the shelves to protect the paint on the bottoms of the boxes![emoji41][emoji41][emoji23]

Looking for a Round Beam Plomb 1068 Double Box End Wrench
LED’s are too harsh and modern. I’m thinking the warm glow of vintage incandescents are more appropriate.
