(Portable) Wrench Set

Hi all - I am in the market for a portable wrench set, preferebly using the packout system, though I know Milwaukee doesn't make a Packout set. I do electrical and A/C work on boats, so portability is a must. I currently have a cheap Kobalt wrench set in Ernst style trays, but the wrenches don't stay very well and become more of a hassle than anything. I own the Milwaukee Packout ratchet set (SAE and Metric) and would LOVE to have a similar silution for wrenches...

Anyone have an idea of a wrench set that would fit in a packout nicely?
Bonus points if its a ratcheting wrench set, often find myself in odd spaces where a ratcheting wrench would come in handy.

generally speaking, facom 467 series ratcheting combo wrenches seem nice.

other option I looked at, was using something like the Tekton set with toll roll, however, doesn't seem like they make the same set(s) in ratcheting. May be best to just go with the Tekton set, keep the roll in a packout drawer in the van and pull it out when needed. Get a cheap set (HF, etc.) of ratcheting wrenches for the odd time when really needed.

That looks like a pretty nice little case. I will have to do some research on those, never even heard of the brand.

I don't think that tray would work, unless it can somehow, securaly, go into a packout. I lug my tools down marina docks, to backyard lifts, work racks at marinas, driveways, etc. I don't always use wrenches, so my current set stays in the van, in a 3 drawer packout system. When I need them, I grab the Ernst organizers and carry them to the boat. PITA though, as the wrenches always just want to fall out. Wish I had a bit more secure way to trasnport.

i have proto usa metric and imperial sets in tool rolls. i didn't get facom because of relatively poor availability in the US, but the carrying case looks so good that i'll get that for my next set.

Yeah, more I think about it, and look, wrench roll seems to be the best solution for me. Really considering going with the Tekton set(s), non-ratcheting. They'd come to the boat most times... Then add a cheap set of stubby ratcheting for akward situations. Seems that may give me the best of both worlds.

Forgot to mention, I do also carry a Knipex pliers wrench in my main handtool bag, that gets by far the most use of either wrenchs and/or ratchets.

Welp, Tekton set is ordered. Probably WAYYY overkill for what I need, but hard to pass up at $105. Plan to add the Pittsburgh 7 piece ratcheting stubby sets when HF puts out another 20% off coupon. Just missed this past weekends.... Unless theres a better studdy ratcheting option for not a ton of $$$

I use wrench rolls, they work great.

I've become a big fan of wrench rolls for portable sets. I make mine, so I can make them to fit exactly the tools in the kit, and can do things like put two 10mm wrenches in my metric set. It's very easy to see that every thing is put back, easy to find the right size, they're about as compact as possible, they don't rattle, and are cheap and easy.
