Been waiting for this to go on sale! Thanks!

Double faced mallet - PASS I bought this for the heavier tasks that I didn't want to ruin my MAC mallet with since I only paid $7 for this one but I have quickly began using this one for everything

Can't beat there tundra line of air hose. many hundreds of feet and no complaints. very flexible & light.
PA return policy is awesome . no sale is final until you're satisfied ...

Princess Auto is clearing out its Pro-Point circular metal saws for $82. I have one (see post #69) and I have been very happy with it.

The original price was $240. I have seen them on sale for $150 several times and that is what I paid for mine. At $82 this is a very good deal.

That spins pretty fast for a metal saw, I thought most blades were limited to 1500-1800 RPM especially for ferrous materials?
The rpm seems about right when I'm using it. I think better saws like the Milwaukee that is popular is a few hundred rpm less.

You have cut 3/8" steel with that saw?!
Yes, and with the blade it came with. I'll probably get a Freud Diablo blade for it when the original one wears out. The Milwaukee saw will do a lot more than that. I think it's about 12 amp vs. mine which is 9 amp.

That's pretty damn impressive! 3/8 is nothing to joke about cutting.

It will cut 1/8" steel plate about as fast as you can go through a piece of 2"x4" wood. You need to go a bit slower as the steel gets thicker but it works fine.

Here's a test of the Milwaukee saw. I'm not claiming mine will do what this one does but it meets my needs quite well.

store price was marked as $0.99, at the cash rang up as $0.83 . I went back & bought a few more. Usually I see them for $5 and up. My guys are hard on them and seem to break one on compressor every 6 months or so .

While not "tools" in the traditional sense I use these on a semi regular basis without failure

http://www.princessauto.com/mobile/product/productDetail.jsp?productID=8294787

I have pulled and been pulled out of the mud many of times with this strap so far and it is holding up great, for $15 on sale it's worth grabbing a few since same size straps of different brands are well over $100 I have two and am picking another up for me an 2 for my buddy

http://www.princessauto.com/pal/Aux...ary-Spot-Light-Kit-with-Stone-Guard/4250151.p

These lights haven't been used yet, I bought a set to use as back up lights in the bush and right out of the package I am impressed, the lights are heavy and seem to be well built, it has the full harness and a toggle switch

They also carry lisle engine tools and there is nothin that I can say bad about them, made in the USA, high quality and low cost their piston ring compressor gets two thumbs up and their filter wrenches do too

Just like the 3/8 one above this is my go to ratchet in tight spots. I have had it for years and is holding up great.

http://www.princessauto.com/pal/en/Ratchets/1-4-in-dr-Quick-Release-Stubby-Ratchet/8309528.p

Also this flexible magnet is great. I use it all the time to help cope with my butter fingers.

http://www.princessauto.com/pal/Mag...-Pick-Up-Tool-with-17-in-Flex-Shaft/2970228.p

I have a couple of these mirrors, after a while the plastic ball joint breaks, but I still give it a pass. The flexible shaft is great for getting into tight spots.

As Young Buck said, not really a tool... but these recovery straps are great for the price. I keep a couple in the jeep and have paid for themselves over and over again.

I bought a 3/8" rotator ratchet mostly out of "curiosity". It worked great! I went back and bought the 1/4" and 1/2" ratchets as well. I think they're all on sale now.

Look in surplus for the Westward 2 1/2" combination wrench..........if you need one. You'd be all in just moving that thing to the job at hand.

I have that ratchet, and while I agree the quality is good, I think it's a too long. I find the handle is always hitting fenders or hood hinges or whatever. Of course the way I use my ratchet isn't the same way others use theirs so it may be good for you. I'd love to find a 15-18" one.

You should check the Gray promotional flyer, I ordered a 8740L from my distributor, 15" long, 40 tooth mechanism and only 56$

I bought a 1/4" drive a couple months ago and decided I needed to get another one for the home. I gave them both a custom handle makeover as well.

This version is more compact than the Stanley version so I give this two thumbs up. :rocker:

I'll play. These are my favourite PA purchase. Mine are holding up great and they don't transfer a lot of vibration. Price is right too. Around $30.
