Looks like you could use a few fellow GJ'ers up there to help you enjoy that fire, Riv.A little midnight burn (close enough for an old fart).
Cleaning up the scraps and waste, and having an enjoyable time doing it.
Damn, missed out on a road trip.Looks like you could use a few fellow GJ'ers up there to help you enjoy that fire, Riv.

I haven't been back since we moved ( mostly covid time). Will need to visit a few friends eventually. One of my buddies on Whidbey was taken suddenly by cancer last year.Y’all are welcome anytime!
Hell, I even have hookups!

I christen it "Calypso Calling"
"The sun is going down on me
As she surrenders to the sea
So steal the night and fly with me
I'm calling, I'm calling"
...with apologies to Geri
It’s hardIt looks good there.
I could definitely handle waking up to your water view every morning. I'll bet you're pretty glad you moved out of the city.
Wait until the tulips are in bloom...Beautiful picture, Rivennhewn.

Beautiful day with a low tide. I thought I’d sample some oysters.
Picked up a couple natives too.
Yes, we buy seed oysters. They take 18-24 months, depending on how big you like them.Ok, but do you have to populate (seed?) the plastic mesh bags or do the oyster larvae just find these bags and attach themselves? How often do you harvest?
Too nice this afternoon to not get the skiff out.
Went hunting for logs, but found other gold.
Then the neighbor caught me with his drone.
Thanks Ton ton!I like the bridge in the one picture.
No work !?Thanks Ton ton!

Where's my 12-pack ?Still waiting on the channel to cough up some logs
