Hey;
I'm looking to invest in a scissor lift for a couple reasons.
1) I change from winter to summer tires and back on 2 cars, and jacking one corner at a time is a pain in the ****.
2) I do my own brake maintenance on 3 cars - pads, rotors, bleeding (both me and the brake lines...), etc. - and jacking one corner at a time is a pain.
3) I have an old Porsche 911, and it's so low that even changing the oil is difficult.
Any feedback on these guys? http://www.gregsmithequipment.com/Mid-Rise-Lifts-s/60.htm
Also, how level does the garage need to be?
FWIW, I'm looking to lift:
2004 Porsche Cayenne S (tires & brakes, mostly)
1998 BMW M3 (tires & brakes plus minor maintenance)
1978 Porsche 911SC (brakes, oil, basically everything short of rebuilds)
Thanks!
