edit: after a lot of wasted minutes chatting/talking, it was discovered Sears doesn't know the art of fine print. The offer shows up in the cart after adding DieHard batteries &/or chargers. Should have known something was amiss, when the tag line starts with 'spent' rather than 'spend'

I am under the impression everyone got a $20 off $150 in their SYWR account that expires on 12/24. I am looking to get confirmation that it's NOT working for anyone. Running into a nightmare of an order trying to get it to work, but I think it's flat out not working.
Sears chat blames the items I am buying like 'Hot Buys', but a lower offer is being applied (that i want to save for an obviously smaller order). I told the guy to add only 'Hot Buys' because the lower offer worked fine.
Then called SYWR and they transferred me to Sears phone orders, who told be they couldn't do it because it involved a tire, and I had to a call automotive specialist (ya they're all real special over at Sears). Guess what Automotive won't do, order a tire & other items. WTF!! So I'm venting and asking why I can place an order online with tires & tools, but no one on their end can. Her response, 'its very possible your online order is going to get cancelled." excuse me, where is the warning on your site that warns anyone of that possibility.
I'm trying to buy my tires separately to get max cashback ($10 for every $40, max $40 a transaction). Use the cashback from the 3 to buy the 4th, or pay for install. I sort of want the install, as I can use points & includes rotations, but not really convenient locations anymore. Though the auto guy the other day, said most people have one within an hour drive, in the most upbeat of tones. I'm in a major city, and they close both auto-centers, but left one in a po-dunk town 45+min away, and this guy didn't want to think it's going to get worse.
