Whoops.....Thought the biggest one I grabbed was a T50....it's a T40 but it's bigger than the others. Holy #@&!.............just looked up what these go for on ebay. Same handful that I just bought yesterday for $2.50 a piece sold for $96 bucks shipped!

Whew...Now I can stop looking ...Thanks!

If you're looking for U.S.A. made nut drivers, this is the cheapest I've seen them go for.
$17.99
Hopefully this link works...

http://www.shopyourway.com/craftsman-12-pc-nutdriver-set-in-zippered-case/289180

Sorry to burst your bubble....

But these are Made in China now. There is a chance of getting leftover USA, but all these sets produced in the last month or so, and going forward are 100% made in China. Both the case and the nutdrivers. So YMMV for USA on this.

Currently, the only way to guarantee 100% USA nutdrivers is to buy the 7-piece Metric nutdriver set and the 7-piece SAE nutdriver set. That will give you a 14-piece USA nutdriver set (includes 2 extra pieces, smallest Metric and smallest SAE size). But I would imagine both of those 7-piece sets will go China once stock runs out and they produce future runs.

So if you want USA nutdrivers, better jump on something now.

EDIT: PS - Your best bet at finding the 12 piece zippered case still Made in USA is to buy it from your local Kmart store. Because the stock on these moves slower at Kmart.

Also, the price is cheaper from Kmart, only $15 right now for the same set. Go over to your local Kmart, pick through them, and grab a USA set.

If you can find them, Kmart has the 12 piece w/case on clearance for $15.00....USA made. I bought 3 sets yesterday for presents and the store I was at had 3 left.

I was going to post this in a HD thread, but figured most would be wondering "WTF is Shop Your Way???". Plus, any earned points would have to be spent at Sears or Kmart.

Get 30% back in points for Home Depot and other sellers today by clicking on the store link:

http://www.syweverywhere.com/everyday2awesome

Fine print is at the bottom of the page, and your interpretation of the rules is as good as mine when it comes to SYWR.

I clicked HD link when it was $25 back in points, and it took about a week for the $25 to appear in my SYWR balance.

Who walks into a Kmart? Hahaha

Did you miss the big clearance on USA Craftsman tools earlier this year? The discounts I got at Kmart stores easily beat the lowest sale prices Sears has had for the exact same items. As others have mentioned, the nutdriver set (down to $15) is another USA clearanced tool, but it might incorrectly show out of stock on the Kmart site for a store.
I was pretty skeptical as well when I saw the ad.........even more so because I rarely even look at them anymore. Went into the store and, couldn't find them. Guy behind the counter was sure they didn't have them, until I showed him the ad. Came back with 2 boxes of just loose misc drivers. I bought 18 of them.
each store around here got Two white boxes with about 100-150 of them in each. Pretty picked clean around here, Just random slotted sizes left.
Hmmm...I'm going to have to go back and ask them to look in the storage room for those white boxes. Though, now the registers will probably pull up the full prices shown Sears.com.

Nope, all of the Craftsman Professional "white box" items have the same sticker on them with the same item number, so they ring up at 2.49 regardless of size.

EDIT: The ad states that this price will be valid through 2 December, not sure what will happen after then.

I think I have a problem:willy_nil

What percentage of them have the vapor blasted tips? My store gave me 5 percent off the non vapor blasted ones I bought because I told them they were flawed. I was hoping for a little more than 5 percent off...

I just got back from a lunch run and picked up 32 of these...all different variations. Very nice for the price even though most of the ones I picked up did not have the blasted tips.

Are you guys buying the Craftsman Professional Screwdrivers in regular stores, outlet stores, or hometown stores?

Hometown store for me...had to drive 30 minutes to it as the mall stores close to me didn't have stock.

It was at outlet, hometown and hardware stores in my area not main line sears. I have not gone to a hometown store yet though since that's a good drive away from me. I went to two outlet and two hardware stores and still couldn't complete a set.

What does a complete set contain? Is there a listing to all the item numbers...just wondering how many more there are versus the 32 I picked up.

should be 37 - 40 different drivers in that box with both 3/8" slotted missing and both the 3/16" slotted and p1 stubby, not sure if anyone found all the torx . Seems 2 stubby torx also where very hard to find. Can't say I ever saw an offset driver they had listed.

I was able to put together a full torx set of the Craftsman screwdrivers. The T20 was the hard one to find.

What's the point of hoarding them? At some point you're just being an ***.

Besides, most DIY could get by for life with just one of these...
I thought my 50 was a lot... I'm also willing to trade my extra torx for other torx. I'm trying to get a full set of both long and short

Umm $2.70 for a 106 piece screwdriver set??? Am I reading that right?

doubt it, they drop the price until it moves but, half the time outlet stores can't find the damn things. You think lowes is bad, try to order something from a sears outlet lol.

I put up a list of my extra's in the general thread about the deal, two stores had a decent amount of torx but no complete sets The t10, t20 and t25 stubby look like they where pretty hard to come by along the T20 long. Between 4 stores I didn't find one of those but I didn't go until after the bf rush so can't say if they had them or not.

I managed to find a complete long Torx set at one store, but the short T10 & T20 remain elusive. I also haven't been able to find the P2 x 12", 1/4" x 8", 5/16" x 6" or either 3/8". I didn't even know the P1 & 3/16" stubbies existed until someone here mentioned them.

Any of those screwdrivers left at the Lilac Mall? I could use a few. Not gonna go crazy on them though
