Not a bad deal I guess. I prefer my Hitachi 2-1/4 HP plunge/fixed kit that I got for $130 though.

At least this one comes with the vacuum adapters. The Hitachi kit doesn't include the vacuum adapter, and the part is discontinued. Selling around $45 from the few online retailers that still have it. I even had to order the edge guide separately for the Hitachi, it's included with the Craftsman.

I think that Sears may be phasing in a new Router line up. They now have a 14 amp model with a huge digital readout. All the old ones have been on sale at my local store.

If you plan to use the router for jigs or with bushings, plan to replace the base plate with one designed for Porter Cable bushings. Those are basically the standard 99% of router accessories are designed for.

Another tool I don't have. I've been eyeing an SK version of those on Amazon, but i'd gladly take this 3 piece set.

I don't feel like spending $50 on these though, as i'll probably use these once in my lifetime, but if they were down to $30 or so, i'd jump on them. Here's the link btw:

I've been waiting too..

Thanks for posting the repair instructions link. I can't find that 34875 wrench as the gear replacement parts on Sears though. Wish there was a pic of it.

I got it from Bowers Tools on Ebay. But from what I've read those fix-it instructions are only good for the USA models.

The wrenches I ordered were delivered and they are from China...uh... probably going to return.

I have the above listed loppers, I paid around $15 for them. They have worked well for me. They are worth the money IMO

The torque wrenches were from china, or the ebay ones?

Dunno, I didn't get a chance to stop at Sears yesterday to see if they are USA. The package on the picture leads me to think it's Chinese.

Thanks, I did go for the Crescent Double-X Long Reach Pliers for the hard to reach areas. Hope they work well for me. :)

Ugh, Sears seems to have changed it so that I can no longer get my 5% Sears card discount when paying with points. Just one more thing to deter me from buying stuff...
