Sears is having their Family and Friends sale, so tools that are not Hot Buys will have an extra 10% off and extra 5% back in points. In-store on Sunday, but online thru Tuesday.

Note that if you want anything over $50, this stacks with the $10 back on 50 promotion for today only.... Don't wait for tomorrow as they may not have a new similar offer.

Also, if you like the Craftsman Edge line of toolboxes in red, the 26" box is a great deal when you buy each part separately with coupons and cash back...

That is interesting, are they introducing a new USA model that uses the same part numbers?
Those look nice, what is the item # or do you have a link to those?
New model numbers, so I imagine they'll get new product webpages in the near future.

So I guess those pry bars aren't Western Forge?
Wilde, they're really nice in-person.
The old ones are made by Wilde, but I didn't see any new ones on the Wilde Tool site featuring strike caps and textured handles.

I ordered a pair of Knipex side cutters. I'd wanted some a few weeks ago, but after checking them out in the store, the quality left me not so impressed. With this sale and $10 in SYWR surprise points I was able to get them for $13 (about half of Amazon) so I went ahead and picked them up.

Picked up a few super one-off NIB deals at a local Sears yesterday so we shouldn't limit ourselves to HD or Lowes. Got a 12.5 cu ft poly cart for $240>$50, Gladiator full-depth chest for $399>$25, trampoline $349>$80, and push mower 3N1 for $309>$99. So deals are out there B+M and online. I will post as soon as I see some

Someone on the forum reached out to Wilde but we never heard a proper conclusion. That said, the handles are marked 'P' and the underside of the beams are stamped 'WK' which points to Wilde.

They are probably just slow to update the site.

I think the old hard handle non-striking pry bars may be on the way out. My local Sears has them on clearance.

They (Wilde) never replied after I forwarded pictures of the new prybars. :dunno:

They're still running the "get half back in points" special on Craftsman & Dewalt batteries. Should the points show up in the Shopping Cart when it shows how many points I get for a purchase?

Does that special conflict with using Suprise Points? Cause it doesn't show all the points I should be getting back. So afraid to pull the trigger.

I am pretty sure that based on the frequency of points back offers lately they are purely looking to get sales numbers, I think they know that the ship is sinking (sunk) but if they can show good sales numbers maybe the investors will hang around the party a little longer. that being said, as a customer it is great, ride it all the way to the end and don;t get stuck with points
