Picked up 2 of these flashlights for $4.** each using those $15 freecash texting coupons, they are pretty decent quality! Btw Amazon/HD both had em for around $20 so Sear's BF price was other store's regular price ugh...lol.

My prybar arrived today, the free replacement for the one I picked up from my store a couple weekends ago that was all bent/beat up. Good news, it was shipped by an actual Sears warehouse in an actual bubble mailer (rather than a random store in random inadequate packaging), and arrived still looking like new. :)

They already sent me points for my shd toolbox I ordered so I bought a 42 piece torx/ hex set free was a good price. Receipt said I will get 24.99 points for something I paid for with points. Odd probably won't get them. But the whole android app is screwy thinks I live in Illinois cannot change it either.

Pretty sure those points doubly won't be coming, because the 100%-back deal Sun/Mon was only valid once per person, in addition to the fact that it hasn't been possible to 'roll' points (get more points by spending points instead of real money) in years.

My $25 back in points is no long in my cart, and I'm not seeing anything listed online that qualifies any longer for the 100% cash back :(

Edit: Chat said the offer ended yesterday. I could have sworn it was good through today. Oh well, saved me $25, lol.

Went to sears to use 2nd $15off15, and was told I could not use it as it is a scam. The cashier (claimed she's the store manager) said this is the order from the corporate and it was a computer glitch. Not sure it is only this store or for all the stores. I argued a little bit but do not want to waste time on this so just left. I guess too many people received this coupon the sears cannot take it.

Some stores tried this argument around '07/08 with $5 off $5 coupons. It never made sense then or now. If it's a scam why does the barcode work when scanned? And with a single keystroke corporate could disable it.

One person even claimed to have been dragged into a back room and interrogated for breaking the law. Dunno if true....but I'd love to see a Sears employee try to exercise false imprisonment w me!!

Then I should considered myself lucky as I was not dragged, haha. I did ask the lady to scan the coupon to see what the system will say and she refused; I believe it will go through but she's too afraid to scan in front of me. She did scan the first time and cancelled immediately so did not see anything on the screen.

Oh well, yesterday I chatted with the online representative and told him my story. He's nice enough to grant me $15 points and ordered me the hammer I wanted. Overall not so bad, but was disguised by the lady in store.

I'm guessing those are rebranded Gearwrench spark plug sockets, which are supposed to work great. I just bought the 6" GW version a couple of weeks ago and I thought I got a good price at like $10. I ordered the 11" CM from sears last week and should be picking it up tomorrow.

The spend $250 get $25 x 10 back ends today, so that is where the mix up is.

I think both the L-shaped T-squares and the triangular-shaped speed squares switched to China about a year ago, FWIW. They were all OOS for several months around this time last year, before reappearing earlier this year. The red speed square I bought when they reappeared had changed to China. The silver T-square I bought, the last one in my store before they disappeared last fall, was USA. The China ones are still quite nice though, not a noticeable change until you look at the 'made in' stamp.

Just picked up my order, arrggh you were right! All 4 squares and both levels are made in China now, the only silver lining was the pick set and clip removal sets were made in Taiwan.

My Craftsman squares and levels are about a half US / half China mix, and unlike some of their product lines that moved to China, I feel like these are still good, especially at the recent bargain prices. I know it's not the same on principle, but it's still a worthwhile deal. :)

Same here. I think my L shape is made in China (it is too cold to check in the garage lol). To me the quality is pretty good, and still believe I got a pretty good deal. But both of my triangle are US made - they were bought a while back.

Considering I am paying with points, I should not complain

has anyone noticed a secret $10 cashback in points on a $10+ order today? i didnt see it posted anywhere on here or on sears' site, but for any amount over $10 in my cart it says i'll get back $10.** in bonus points, and it goes away when i remove items from the cart so the total is below $10. ive already used the up to $25/25 from earlier in this week so its not the same as that one

Hmm...worked okay for me on the work PC...despite the potentially suspect quality...I bought it.

Thanks to everyone in this thread...I was already buying up tool storage in droves but had to buy those canopies @ $25/ea...should come in handy

It's just a normal Sears product page link. But this forum does use an affiliate marketing script called Viglink that adds redirects to Sears links if you haven't blocked/disabled it (most of the Sears thread regulars did a while ago). Try copying-and-pasting this non-linked URL instead.

The 42pc drive/torx socket set is also down to $22.99, vs the almost-all-the-time-sale price of $24.99.

And the Craftsman 13pc external-torx socket set is on sale for $21.80 today too. Someone on SD says the lowest they'd seen this before was $34.99. Online 'hot buy'.

Bad news for anyone else that ordered a Canopy, they are now showing unavailable.

https://www.sears.com/craftsman-canopy-27-in-red/p-A031323149

I ordered mine on the 25th, which had to be among the first, only ordered one. Still shows "preparing to ship." We will see if it actually goes out. I didn't really need the thing, but I'm more concerned with loosing out on the $25 back in points, as I would have just gotten something else to take advantage of that deal. Worst case they take the $25 back from me after the 2nd, putting my account negative. I'll have to negotiate hard on chat to get those points back. Just something to keep in mind, don't spend the points earned on this thing until you get a tracking number.

That was quick...I wonder if they only have a few of these.

Thanks for the heads-up! I placed my order on the 26th. Currently showing processing your order.

I also placed my order on the 26th. Hopefully it ships but I have my doubts. I've ordered numerous things over the past 2 weeks and everything shipped very quickly...including some large items.

Yup, I noticed the same thing. I was buying a few things today for in-store pickup. It stayed the same no matter how many more items I added. Let's see if they actually get added to my account when I pick up my order.
