Looks like the mysterious $10-back thing is actually supposed to be for doing store pickup on a $10+ OOP order. Unlike other previous incarnations of this, it doesn't require using the glitchy in-car pickup. Someone on SD found the terms for the Kmart version of the offer, and they seem to be doing the same thing for Sears too. So you don't see the points back until you get far enough in the order process for them to know you're choosing in-store pickup, and I had only been looking at the places on the product pages where estimated points-back normally appears before even putting the product in the cart.
