Just a note that an order I received on December 18th, which I did not open until today was missing a set of Mach Wrenches. I opened a chat with a rep. He initially stated the 72 hour missing item requirement but looked into it and popped back in. He was very helpful and refunded my cash and the points I used, and replaced the order at the sale price using my points with free shipping, and the total cost was only $39.99.
Chat Rep couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.

I’m curious if the items available as ship to store option will increase like they did in late fall after the points don’t qualify for part of the $59 price in February.
I know the amount of sears merchandise available to pickup at my local Sears or Kmart is larger now after being bulk shipped.
Dunno, I haven't noticed much difference in ship-to-store eligibility on the things I've paid attention to.

Has it been at least 24 hrs since you ordered? For some past offers that mentioned "next day", I noticed I got the bonus in exactly 24 hrs after placing the order.
Of course, there can be other hidden conditions such as requiring the item to be picked up from the store before the bonus is loaded into your account. Or the item has to reach shipped status.
I was at the store, but what I wanted was OOS. So I decided to use a store computer to place an order, and see a pending bonus now:

I just checked on mine as they haven't showed up either. The guy said I would get the points when I picked up the order although that is not what the website says. I have placed 3 orders and each one said I would get the $20.19. Chat said it is one time per member. I guess I will see what happens. At this point I will be thankful to get the $20.19, heck I will be thankful just get my stuff.

I don't know if it's truly a success, because my order on Sears.com shows a message that I need to go pay at a register.
Plus, I still don't see my order email this morning, so they must no longer have anyone around that is smart enough to fix their glitch with sending order confirmations.
On the bright side, I see the $20.19 in points has been added to my account. It hasn't been 24 hrs since I placed the order, and I doubt they've even begun preparing to ship my item to the store.
I forgot to ask whether you paid at least $20.19 (before taxes and fees) with your out of pocket money (e.g. credit card, gift card).

Some people on SD started receiving order confirmation and pickup emails this afternoon, belatedly for orders that took place while those emails weren't coming for the past week or so. Hopefully that means it's fixed now.

fyi...the International top hutch that i ordered a few weeks ago (12/15) got to our dock today. eta to me was supposed to be 1/14, so even if in normal circumstances it would have taken a few days to an extra week, it was still ahead of schedule. so if anyone else is waiting for one as well, expect to see it soon

At the top of the Sears home page there will be a line of things you can select chat is one of them. Just click on chat and it will prompt you from there.
Just don't try at 4:30am CT.

Incase anyone is wondering, this socket (I only own 3/4" x 13/16" below) with plastic sleeves seems well made. I got mine and used it over the weekend. Very happy with the product. I can now stop using duck tape on my impact socket

That is a great deal compared to the similar HF set (~$30 at 20% off).
Worth buying if you have any vehicles with nice wheels and don't already have sleeved lug nut sockets.Whenever I see this on sale, I zoom in on this photo and wonder whether the exposed portion of the socket defeats the purpose of having plastic sleeves.
It's also seems strange for a small set to include both 19 mm and 3/4" sizes.
