What climate are you in?
We're going with Garaga (Canadian). I believe they have an R12-16 rating (have to double check, two different thicknesses), and a 25-year warranty. Since you're not South facing, you could get whatever colour you want as well. We had wanted brown but the dark colours, if facing south/southwest, are only warranteed for 5 years. Not a cheap door, but can't go wrong with a 25-year warranty! They also do pretty much any size you want.
For the flooring, check out the Flooring section of the forum. You're pretty much looking at epoxy, concrete polish or stain/seal, or something like Racedeck. My research has pretty much said 'if you can afford Racedeck, get it'. If you want to do any work yourself, I think for a floor your size epoxy would probably have to be done professionally. Racedeck might be a more cost-effective option.
If you do a search for 'workbench' or similar you'll come up with a lot of options. Completely depends on the application and needs/wants. Maybe you'd want to look at something on casters so you're not stuck having 7 workbenches spread across the whole thing?
Btw, awesome garage/driveway - I sure hope you don't get too much snow around there!! (or have a Jeep with a plow)
