In the morning I go out to the garage and turn on the air conditioner and coffeemaker. While the coffee is brewing I turn on the air conditioner in the shop (remote switch). By the time I've checked my e-mail and GJ in the office, the garage and shop are cool and I can comfortably procrastinate my unfinished projects. The 100-foot walk from the garage to the shop reminds me why I avoid unnecessary outdoor projects in South Florida's early summer/summer/late summer months.
[edit] I do work outside during our 4th (tourist) season when the license plates change color.
Wish I could do the same. Yep on some days, the 100 foot walk will get you sweating. At least you have the pool to walk in on the return trip.
That's a good one, fourth season.
