I finally saw some in person at HF the other day. I knew they were small but.... they are SMALL.Somebody is making roll carts for these now:
I do like the roll cart addition. The video of one sitting inside a regular cart was hilarious to me.

My favorite part is the band aid. I’m also kinda disappointed he didn’t add make it into a full on cart like the Etsy guy makes. Not sure if this has been posted previously- just caught this vid of someone tricking out a Lowe’s mini. More entertaining/amusing than practical but you be the judge.

Well if you see it and think, “Gee, that’s cute!” that means it’s a mini. What is the criteria for a tool box to be considered a mini?
Any idea what or where one can get that green paint marker he was using? I have a few of the regular paint markers, but I don't think they are as easily removed as what he used. Not sure if this has been posted previously- just caught this vid of someone tricking out a Lowe’s mini. Just in case anyone else was interested, here is a link to the markers he used, he said that an alcohol wipe took the ink off easily.Any idea what or where one can get that green paint marker he was using? So far, I'm using the one I got for 1/4 inch drive stuff. Still have the bottom drawer to load. I'm thinking of getting another for pens, pencils and markers, although I would probably do better with a vertical rack for those. I'd also like a matching bottom box with a 2-1/2 or 3 inch deep bottom drawer.Haters gotta hate, bro.
Just the way of it.
I have two of them still sealed up - in the box - sitting on my living room floor.
They are cute. I have no idea what I would use it for. Maybe some day I'll think of a purpose for one (or both) of them.![]()
I just checked these out at HF ... they need full pull out drawers before I make the leap. I’m sure there’s a hack?
This thread is chock full of good ideas for that.Maybe some day I'll think of a purpose for one (or both) of them.
Go to post #220 in this thread. Twisted Sid shows how.I just checked these out at HF ... they need full pull out drawers before I make the leap. I’m sure there’s a hack?
Theres a reason why toolboxes with drawers and no locks or latches aren't generally used in vehicles. Wrong application for the design. I use zippered tool bags in my vehicles.I'm OK w/o the full pull out drawers, but I would like a way to keep them closed. I keep mine under the back seat of my Jeep and when I grab the box, the drawers all open.Anyone have a solution they are using on theirs?

Top tray?I don't believe the drawers on those are deep enough for the Dremel "Moto Tool" - mine is 2-1/8" diameter
