Is the PAM a preventative or an after you prune cleaner?

I'd vote for whatever you have already at hand for another purpose, there are too many single purpose products being pushed for conditions we never realized as "problems"
Both. It's what I use to clean my hands and tools when I make wreaths. (Apparently WD40 is not an approved wreath odor, but it works, too.)

Canola or coconut or PAM also works great when you don't think about what you are doing and clear out a bunch of fir bushes in a tank top because its hot out, and end up with sticky dreadlocked, fir pitch arm hair!
