I have the PS21-2A and have no complaints.

Here's a unscientific test that I did with the driver:

I may have to look into the PS-21-2a. I also like the music with the video kind of James Bond ish...

Been watching these pairs of wrenches for a while waiting on an auction to go cheap enough to bid. Seller starts a new auction for them every few days. I've seen some go for a couple of dollars. Got mine for $10 shipped.

This is my son proudly holding his new tools. He randomly asked me at dinner a few nights ago, if he could have his own tools. So we just came from home depot where he picked out a Lufkin tape, and a 10 ounce wood handled hammer.

He's currently busy "fixing" his tree house with his new tools.

That's awesome. Mine are little but have their toy tools in a real tool box I bought them. Will get them some real ones when they are older.

He's only 4, but he's always asking about building things, and asking to come to my work and see me build things there.

I gave him an old beach top box that I used when I started my apprenticeship, so he's got his tools stashed in it.

That's awesome. I love it when my kids "help" me in the garage.

Nothing makes me happier than having my girls come out to the garage! My oldest, 4, says she doesn't want to be a mechanic because she doesn't like getting her hands dirty. She'll come around once we restore something for her to drive when she's 16!

Grabbed the Mac tools special on oil filter removal tools. Seams like a decent set. Sorry, no pictures.

Next, maybe he can finish that drywall corner and baseboard.

Just picked these up yesterday at Menards, Midwest 657N Knifti-Cut utility shears/snips. Made in USA. $9.99

I bought the same set ~3 yrs ago at Sears Hardware when it was still around for $13.99, but I love them and only $10 I decided I needed a 2nd set, lol

Soldered a new set of jumper cables out of 20' of 2000 volt 2/0 AWG loco wire. My 20 year old set of copper were worn out. These are much lighter and should hold up a for a little bit.

Next time you might tape them together so that the terminal clips are staggered, that way they can't short together when you connect one end of the cable set to a battery.

Craftsman 36 inch pry bar made in the USA on sale for $19. Lost, misplaced or can't find my 24 incher so just dumb luck I noticed it strolling through Sears. It's a big *** piece of steel and it now makes me want to go even bigger. I see Mayhew makes a 58 incher.:eyecrazy:

Came in the brown truck today...GM Tech 2. And soon after, I figured out that to do what I need to do, I need a GM MDI. :(

2016-05-04%2012.57.10.jpg

What are you working on that you think needs an MDI? I'm rebuilding a couple of Chevy Cruzes and thought the same thing until I tried my Autel on one and it got all the codes for the BCM, ABS, airbag, etc.

I have a 58 incher made by Mac. Best pry bar I've bought. Use it everyday.

Autel is hit or miss with their reversed engineered software. A general rule of thumb is that if the GM product has a pop out key when you push a button on your FOB, you need an MDI.

P.U. a couple of inexpensive tools today at the local Odd Lot store.

1) Flexible lighted/magnetic p/u tool. $4.99

2) 4x Magnifying Glass with Light. $3.99

Both tools work great and the lights are pretty good too.
