Okay, I see what's going on. I'm not too worried about it though. It doesn't rest the entire box on that edge, right?

Got one of my drawers in! Now I'm really impatiently waiting for the other.

Got my 8x2 casters in today. I love them, the box is much taller and I have the option of either swivel or stationary on all 4 casters. The locks are much more accessible even when they are pointed toward the inside of the cart.

How much were the 8×2 casters? Do they make the box seem more top heavy like it might tip over?

Not at all! These casters feel much more sturdy. They are $50 a piece but I thinks it's worth the money considering how tall I am. It makes the reach for lower drawer tools a little less stressful. They bolted right in, no modifying or drilling!

I don't see a difference in the logo?

Those of you with the different casters....are they that big of a difference? Roll easier? What's the height difference?

I like the 4 small drawers+ the normal ones

The bigger casters are the **** makes the box roll way easier and roll over electrical cord and air hoses with ease..I would definitely recommend them and it Doesnt make the box top heavy at all..Its about 2 or 3 inches taller too..

Take a look under the box and you will notice something similar to a hitch pin with a ring on it. Simply pull on that ring and twist it onto the locking portion of the pin where the ring will seat. I find it moves around aimlessly when all 4 are on swivel but, it's nice being able to push it from any direction instead of just from the side of it.

After using them for about a week I think in comparison to the 6x2 is that the box doesn't have as much roll. What I mean by that is, if you were to push the box and let go, it would roll for a few feet. If the ground was uneven, it would move. With the 8x2 casters its just as easy to push around but tends to stay put once it is let go. As bcleen said, they roll over anything! I've yet to try an air hose but, electrical cords and small rocks are like they aren't even there!

Another fan of green tools! I like it! Nice organization by the way. Just curious and I'm sure it has something to do with avionics but, what do you use the Walkie talkies for?

eBay! They come up every once in a while. They aren't very hard to come across and sometimes go for very cheap. It just takes a strong motivation to search for them. Mine are Matco and S K branded.

I also like those wrench racks. I'll check eBay sooner or later. Thanks for posting!

I got my krsc246 a week ago. Loving it so far
Pretty big, I like that its deeper, doesn't feel like it'd tip over with its 4 swivel casters while I'm moving it around.

How did you place a custom order? I had to buy a normal cart and then buy the extra drawers afterwards. Now I have an extra drawer taking up space in my garage!

New KRSC46 in Extreme Green. This by far to me is the brightest color in any box I have seen. I am loving it. Mods to come.

I purchased this customized KRSC46GPJJ yesterday (9-30-2013) for $950.00!!!
Brand spanking new, and flawless!
A guy had two of these for sale on Craigslist for $1,050.00, this one and an Electric Orange one.
I am super happy with it...now to get the rubber top mat and two more 4" drawers to replace the 8" bottom drawer A.S.A..P.!!

(4) 2" drawers
(3) 4" drawers
(1) 8" drawer
Black drawer trim

SO website only lists the end cab and adapter plate as a KRSC40/KRSC41 accessory. I think this will work on my KRSC326FP .

Any thoughts on this?

Has anybody tried putting the stainless drawer fronts on these carts? I'd like to have the polished stainless one on the front of my bottom drawer, will this work?

Re: Snap on krcs46 mod thread.

I picked up this newer Extreme Green Snap-on KRSC46 off eBay last night for $725.00
I may have bitten off more than I can chew, as it is in California and I am in Michigan. I hope it can get it shipped cheap!

I bought it so I can take two of it's 4" drawers and use them to replace my bottom 8" drawer, making my other Extreme Green KRSc46 quite possibly the ultimate tool cart configuration: 9 drawers; (4) 2" drawers, and (5) 4" drawers.
Once I get it here and swap out the drawers, I will then gift this one to my father to use with it's (3) 4" drawers and (2) 8" drawers.
