I'm curious about tool pricing. The local dealer that I've never had any dealings with wants just 10% off list price from Snap-On's website for about $4K-$5K worth of tools I want to buy at one time, I'm planning to pay cash or rather put it on a CC so he'll be paid right then, this seems like not much of a discount. What do you guys think? Does anyone in my area have a contact number for some other dealers? I don't mind driving a little bit to buy them. I know Snap-On has a locator, but it just came up with my local dealer. What about the Wilson or Rocky Mount,NC area? PM me please. I don't want to piss him off, but I think I should get a little better deal than this. I know there's about 40%-50% mark up on the cost from what I've know in the past.
