Real rivets or faux rivets? Either way its cool.

A couple questions for you..
How thick is the plate for the box?
Did you fab the latch? Are those parts forged or formed? Did you do it from plans?

Thats is awesome and I can only imagine what the finished weight will be. Are the meat doors going to be in the same riveted and banded fashion?

Really cool build. I've built a couple smokers myself but nothing with as much detail as yours. I have a thread around here about a 30 gallon reverse flow build. That firebox is HUGE. I found that most online firebox calculators call for a much larger box than really needed. At least you'll have no issue keeping temps up.
So what are you doing for air intakes?
