Thank you, yeah I love the new roof. Both the look and the feeling that I know I "saved" a building for rotting and falling apart!I just caught up...excellent job on that roof replacement. I was amazed at the wood chips (?) in the attic, is that just construction debris from the original build or was it put there for a sort of insulation?
The metal roof is excellent, looks nice and I think very durable.I always like it at the end of a big job when I think I won't have to work on "that" again for a very long time.
I have never seen that many weights! Do you think it was the wheel or the tire itself? I would think you could see the wheel go out-of-round on a spindle. I have seen a few lumpy tires though...
Thanks, yeah I love it so far. The stupid thing here in sweden is that I have to upgrade my drivers licence to legally use the trailer because of its size, weight and load capacity. That is a nice trailer! Very nice!

Haha yeah 10" doesnt look big. Its a 3 ton (3000 kg) trailer and it weighs 765kg so I can legally load 2235kg (ca 5000 lbs?) but i can carry even more. The tires are cute!! Haha.

6x15 trailer thenIf you don't need an exact conversion figure roughly 3 ft per meter.
Love the old Fire Extinguishers!
Always fun to be able to insipire others to keep grindingJust read through the whole thread and I'm very impressed. You have a ton of ambition getting that much done while working what I assume is a full time job. I am actually inspired to get some of my own **** done now!![]()
Actually got a "order" for one more wood stacking thing for my girlfriends uncleLove all the work done. The wood stacking thing is awesome! What can we expect for this summer with cars and the garage?

Thank you! That's one hell of a porch! Looks very similar to the one you built for your house. Definitely transformed the look of his house. Before it was definitely lacking character, now it has something interesting going on.
Thx, Im pleased with the result and so is my neighborWow, that's beautiful!
Damn i almost forgot I had the old blue 244. I miss it, but if Im gonna buy another one sometime it will be a stationwagon (245)Awesome thread! And I love a square Volvo, especially 244![]()

Congratulations! I hope everything has gone well with the newcomer
You've done a lot of work! That guest room turned out nice.
Very, very nice work.
I also love the old Volvo truck on the pictures.
What happens with the 2 small windows that were hidden behind the siding? Can't understand why would someone condemn windows...
Love the thread! Thanks for the update and pics..... also thanks for making me feel like a lazy ***. Ha! You are a busy guy! BTW, that new battery is hilarious.
I bet when the wagon was slipping into the pit you were having some huge pucker moments. Glad nothing got hurt but your pride.
I read the whole thread. enjoyed the transformation. congratulations on the new addition to the family.
I won't... but do tell!.. dont ask

Alright i just spent my morning, reading through this top to bottom. I am thoroughly impressed. Your craftsmanship and eye for detail are amazing. i love your car choices (ive had multible volvo, MB, BMW and audis ) and I am currently on the search for a 245 myself, i wish we had the availability you have. there are not near as many good ones left here in the states.
well done on all of it
wow, big job. nicely done
Looks great!
Are you gonna put some type of grate over the pit when not in use? I would walk into that thing in no time. ha
