Nope, I always speak with porpoise…Those are smaller and blue. Perhaps you were thinking of an Erector set![]()
Will DO!! THIS place is where I found my inspiration, its the least I can do!Woohoo! Please share pics of the build
Myself AND the Driver went over everything! He told me the last one he delivered, took a crew of FOUR, 10 hrs to off load! We did it in 3.5!! He was the best, even helped me with some damaged stuff,(poor packaging of the siding), which in turn, got 17 panels replaced!! They showed up 2 days ago, to my astonishment!!Fun.... BTW, I'd look at the contents of the box that was on the rear stack, as it looks to have been crushed on the one piece of dunnage.
HA! All over the front yard!! Waiting on my concrete guy! I'm on my THIRD one!! Finding good tradesmen these days is like looking for hens teeth. That's a lot of parts you got there!
I had to bring in all the fill PER county code! Errrr. I'm in a 500 yr flood zone, so they say.
We're just in a local minimum - otherwise the shop is at the top of the hill.I had to bring in all the fill PER county code! Errrr. I'm in a 500 yr flood zone, so they say.
Unfortunately that is so true. Our society has made it so that if you work at a trade you are a second class citizen. Try and find a good machinist or machine shop.HA! All over the front yard!! I've had the pleasure of working with good machinists years ago at LLNL, UC Davis, FMC Central Engineering Labs, etc. They were respected by their bosses, were skilled at their jobs, and gave this wet behind the ears engineer plenty of ****Unfortunately that is so true. Think it's bad trying to find anyone doing machine work, try getting anything done for an an antique airplane... Most of the time, they don't even let you clear the door before slamming it on you!Unfortunately that is so true. You wouldn't believe me if I told ya!! Ok, I give! SOMEONE paid $1.7m for 2.1 acre w/ VERY nice house, STOCKED pond, all sorts of trees and plants, only to tear it down, fill in the pond! Thankfully they left the bamboo and myrtles that lined the perimeter. Supposedly putting up a McMansion, guest house, and small shop. Unbelievable!Looks like you have a slight lead over your neighbor's project, are they building a shop too?

Why are you waiting? Your engineer can tell you that concrete typically develops 90% of design strength within 24 hours. Also typically, it will far exceed the design strength when it's done curing. If you used say 3000 or 3500psi concrete it'll likely end up being well over 4000 or even 4500 psi when cured.
That sorta thing is very common here, but its amazing regardless. You wouldn't believe me if I told ya!! Ok, I give! Thanks. I got a replacement drone after it just flew away all on its own. Must be a new "feature"Bust: You need to edit your drone data before you post it's photos.......

I’d suggest you leave the bolted connections loose on the purlins so you don’t screw yourself aligning the header with the column if you keep going. Personally I’d complete the header full span then layup your purlins after you’ve squared up the building.
