I didn't know you could get impact bits with a handle in Klein brand . Now I know what I need. Thank you, Jeff Moss.

got some stuff with Tradesman Club points
Just got my hat today as well, and a set of kneepads. Both are a lot nicer than I expected. The hat is thick and comfortable and fits my watermelon-sized head, and the kneepads are lightweight and actually stay in place unlike all the velcro strap pads I've used in the past.

I've got a flip impact set coming soon as well, but it hasn't shipped yet.

I had one of these hats last winter and lost it, so now I have the proper replacement!

I have multiple pairs of those, always called them snips, they are indispensable for telecom work!
They don’t have the little notch like the normal low voltage ones.

What is the model number of those?

Jeff, you probably have the biggest collection of special edition Klein of anyone on GJ…

Were the glow in the dark versions D-2000?

I'm a sucker for full polished combo wrenches, so I grabbed these Kleins when I had the opportunity

It's been said that S-K made Klein's polished wrenches...
I believe it. Sounds reasonable to me.
But...
There is at least one other mfr.
For comparison, two Klein polished 5/16 wrenches.
Difference in the Klein script, markings, thickness and shape of the beam...

I would guess the top 5/16 wrench is an S-K
The bottom which is also Made in the USA (and marked as such on the reverse side), and has more of a Lobster Claw, was made by ?

My guess is Armstrong. Matco also had that short open end.

Nothing like having supreme self confidence only to realize you don't actually have the right tool for the job...

Needed to troubleshoot some hobby electronics when I came across some frickin' Robertson head machine screws. Thought for sure I'd have something and finally found a random hex bit in a box that worked, but man talk about sweating bullets.

Made sure to not have that happen again via the Klein 85664 Square drive screwdriver set.

I never knew Klein offered corbin hose clamp pliers.
I picked up a used pair and the quality is superb.
Inside both handles it says Made in Japan.
The translucent teal grips with the detail on the handles underneath is just so cool.

They immediately came in handy as I needed to grip something I was working on without marring it and the smooth round zone beneath the actual working end worked perfect.

Looks like they still sell this plier (514-8), but the current design is much less stylish.

Hi Jeff have you used this style of grip in your daily tool set? Are the grips heavy duty that will take the harsh environments of the electrical trade ? They do look good , great for rewire jobs. Cheers
I have not used them yet. I know people that use them daily and don’t have any issues
