If you have a smart phone. There is an app for Canadian Tire. Closest location, gas bar, hours phone number etc. The best feature is anything you are waiting to go sale. List it in the app. You will see it when it's on sale.

Anybody getting one of the MC MX boxes?

My father ordered a set of the 47" Euro-style boxes, he'd been shopping for a bigger box for a while and couldn't say no at that price. They had to order in the roller as they only had the top chest in stock, so he'll have to wait a while before he can pick it up.

Yeah he's really looking forward to it. The guy was fine with a ~30" box for like 25 years, but as soon as I got myself a 46" roller he decided he needed to upgrade, haha.

They are really nice boxes, I sure like the built in work table on the top box...

Best bang for buck imo, specially over 50% off retail...

Yeah exactly what I thought when I saw it! Be interesting to see what it goes on sale for!

At some point, probably 50% off ($300) and I would be more willing to pay $300 for the Maximum than $170 for the HF for a few reasons.

1.The Maximum has a 5 year warranty (like the rest of the Maximum tool box/tool storage line up) vs the HF only has a 90 day warranty (like the rest of the HF tool box/tool storage line up)

2.The Maximum is black vs the HF red.

3.The Maximum has nicer wheels.

4.The MAXIMUM name boldly representing itself.

5.The Maximum is a Mastercraft product,so it is automatically better then the HF just cause:)
Lol

I couldn't use any of the boxes. 18" deep is unusable. My homak is 20" and it's time for a upgrade to a lista box at a depth of 28 1/2

Was at Darthmouth Crossing CT this weekend to check/see the new 'Maximum' boxes.
They had all the new 'Maximum' boxes in.Love Dartmouth Crossing CT,it's the biggest CT store in Canada I believe. The store is huge.

Here's the new 57" black 'Maximum' box

Here's the new 47" blue 'Maximum' box

They also had the new 41" all flat black 'Maximum' box and the new 56" solo bottom stainless steel 'Maximum' box but I didn't get pics of them as I figured the new 57" black 'Maximum' box and the new 47" blue 'Maximum' box were the real eye candy boxes. You can see a bit of the new 41" all flat black 'Maximum' box in the left of the new 47" blue 'Maximum' box pic.

Nice!
Looks good.Dartmouth Crossing CT didn't have the new 'Maximum' tool cart unfortunately.

On a side note/don't mean to get off topic but,I lived in Alberta (Airdrie) a few years back for a little over 1 year.

New Maximum cantilever style toolbox is pretty neat too. These are a decent crop of new decent quality yet cheap toolboxes. Good to see!

However, it's about time they made a side box that can attach.

They're new. Not sure if they're worth the non sale price, but for 20 bucks, I don't think you could go wrong.
