I thought this was a good picture opportunity. Wish I had thrown in the ratchet and some other things. Oh well.

Amazon has a couple of the 1/2" for $34.99, Prime eligible, no tax.
Obviously, eBay and other retailers carry them, but those are the best deals I've found.
Yeah, I saw that, too. Northern charges tax to SD.I just ordered the 49-16-2763 from Northern Tool for the same $34 but it included free shipping also.

CPO offers free ship on first order with code "welcome"
Went in the local HD today and they have the M12 drill/impact kit for $99 again.

No just two batteries, but still a damn good deal.Does it come with the free 3rd battery like during thanksgiving/?
I purchased my first (new) Milwaukee set. I got a combo kit from Home Depot. The M12 drill driver and impact driver w/ battery and charger. Love the impact but I have a slight problem. The direction switch seems really loose and easy to change. Between operations it often gets stuck in the 'neutral' position requiring me to hit it again in the direction I want. Is this normal or should I return the unit?
Oh my eyes! Too much yellow!!! reminds me of a chicken coop.
You can save some money on your light bill, with all that bright-*** yellow in your shop.
That was the other comment I thought about......now back to the "Red"

Come on 77Ford, just make the transition already! Or should I be donating to you the horribly colored yellow stuff I have collecting dust now that I switched to red?
Yes. And some also commented that they are made better than the DeWalts. I compared them closely, and they are a little better made than the yellow versions. I now own three of them and will get several more.
Now I have seven of these. Next project on the list: build a new, rolling hardware rack.
Will do, but due to work obligations and too many unfinished projects, I wont get to this project until later in June. Gotta clear up some of this mess first. Please post pics.....I bought a HF 2 wheel dolly for the same project but have not started yet.
Man... I need to get me some Milwaukee fuel!
Watch out! Fuel is like crack![]()
