Thanks, looks great.
I'd have to mount on a concrete basement wall - shouldn't be too bad I guess.
Got a ton of extra lumber/moulding that I could get out of the way - maybe even throw some plywood across and make a shelf or two out of it.
Damn, your pictures make you like a tool polisher. Get em dirty and use them! I sure hope you get to use the guns you mentioned as well!
The plywood shelf idea is a good one. That's what my bottom 2 shelves are. Made it easier to organizer smaller pieces and get them out of the way.

Only problem is I'd have to rip some makeshift (garbage) cabinetry that the old homeowners left to make room for it. Might be more of a headache than it's worth hmmm.
What'd you span them at - 6 ft?
Snap On makes an underhood light that uses their 7.2v or 14.4v batteries. Does Milwaukee make one? I haven't seen one, but there are a lot of products in this line!
Also, is there a huge difference between the fuel and non fuel tools? Is there a difference in the batteries between them?
Some are saved boxes. Some have tools in them I didn't put in the tool box like the m-Spector 360. Then I have a small pile of 1/2" fuel impacts and 2897-22 kits that I need to put up on CL and eBay. So all of the above somewhat lol.

Didn't seem worthy of a new thread, but what do you guys think of this?It just started oozing the first time I used it. It looked worse when it happened, but doesn't seem to still be losing grease. I'm still in the return period but I don't want to do that over a little excess grease getting expelled.![]()

Good to know, thank you.I've had that on most of the 2753's I've had and sold. I think they just put a little too much in some of them.

I thought that's why brushless was better, none of that pesky oozing so common with brushed motors. Or maybe a liquefied motor has less friction, thus the increased efficiency. That's the brushless motor oozing out.

Was cleaning up and laid out most of my milwuakee stuff. I think I might have a problem. LOL.

Thanks to which ever GJ member that turned me on to this $359 deal on a shipped Milwaukee m18 combo deal from acme tools with the 2nd gen tools and free 2 extra xc 5.o battery's (for a total of 4ea 5.0 batts!) It was like Christmas all over again when this came this week.

Rigid is the HD house brand, Milwaukee is one of the nicest contractor grade tools around, when it comes to the cordless stuff. Very powerful, excellent batteries and chargers, so far the only cordless tools I've used that are viable replacements for corded stuff. Overkill for a diy guy like me (with some big projects) but bad tools are my biggest pet peeve, so I buy all milwaukee cordless.
Can someone give me the quick and dirty on Milwaukee tools? Is it a home depot house brand? Are they known for being extra durable or something? What is the appeal? I am considering one of their large toolboxes, and I may decide to become a fellow Milwaukee tool addict if they are of good quality.
How do they stack up against Makita?
