I'd send it back, I've had mine about 2 years and it gets abused daily without issuesIDK, I started another thread about it a few weeks ago. Had to remove my wife's tire to get it fixed. Relatively new Milwaukee Fuel 1/2 impact wouldn't budge the lug nuts. Then tried my Snap-on MG725, no luck with that either. Used a Snap-on 1/2 breaker bar and some good old fashioned persuasion to "break" them loose. The Milwaukee handled it from there.
BTW, I reinstalled them with the Milwaukee and checked with a Snap-on Torque wrench. All good. Wouldn't take them off though.
