nice, I've been needing one of those cords, there were none left at my store when I looked. (but the recent hurricane likely killed any stock remaining)

I am guessing mine was a lost cord for a while. Didn't have a box. Just a sticker on the cord.

Got my first penny deal ever today. Found a 20A generator extension cord in clearance rack. Was $49.97 marked down to $12.09. Really didn't need it but was a nice cord. So I went to buy it. Ran up as a penny. Lady deleted and re rang the item twice. She then called someone over. They said they can't sell penny items, just to delete it and let me have it. Pretty stoked myself.

Please do not talk about penny deals. They do not exist per the first post and are what got the old thread locked and all the good posters to leave. Thanks you.

Read the first post again...The problem before was people whining and complaing that they couldn't find the penny deals. Not people posting penny deals that they had found.


Found on the clearance end cap, no tag but price check was $14.06

Partially true...discussion of penny deals WAS one of the issues in the last thread. I would hate for home depot threads be perfectly gone from GJ.

I got a German made Sommer Direct Drive 3/4hp gdo for free b/c they are at that voodoo price and the associate called the manager and manager let me have it for free.

Btw, all Sommer products are being clearance from HD and if you find any you will hit jackpot.

From shop vacs, to power tools (free power tool up to $139 value) -- a lot of the pre-gen Milwaukee Brushless cordless tools (26xx) to even appliances (such as Vacuums and Microwaves, no kidding)

The associates were pretty reluctant to stock the 22" Cantilever toolboxes--they were stocked all the way up the shelves, I had to get an associate to pull down a couple, she wasn't even aware of the special price until I told her (she still thought these were going for close to $30 )

That Husky tool cart was actually $279 earlier according to a Tools in Action video I just camea across, may be that will be the BF price

It has its deficiencies

I think the HF 5-Drawer modular cart still stands out, doesn't really require modifications and is the best for the buck.

Local store even had the yellow sticker on the shelf. Nothing behind the sticker but price checker showed one in stock. It was up high in the rafters a couple bays over from there they were displayed.

One other store showed stock by my work. Checking on that at lunch...

It's time to make this thread great again! Sorry, poor pun. Nonetheless, we really do need to highlight if items go VD, in case anyone wants them. I don't think people should complain, or highlight their hauls, or anything like that, but it does help to know. This thread has lagged without it.
