Pines, no.

Mac, I don't have the ambition to add a bay, all I have to do is remove the knuckle booms from OMO and Perk, then they will fit inside. The Hill is going to need a lot of work and unfortunately I do not think I will be able to complete it all before (read as if) I move. My major goal would be to get one truck running with a knuckle boom and back body fully functional. I am trying to figure a way to make Perk an automatic, but in order to use the engine I want, I should be using the larger transmission. However, I have found a factory ordered truck that had the same engine (higher horsepower) and the smaller automatic, this means that is is doable, but my guess is that they cut the GCVWR down to avoid destroying the transmission. I have one of the smaller ones, so I could use it, but swapping to the larger one later would be a ***** and it would mean I would have to redo driveshafts as far as I can tell, the bigger trans is longer. Regardless, I can make Perk usable without an auto, it just isn't what I want. OMO might be a better bet to start with since the powertrain is 100% and all I have to do is add tandem rear air ride. I know it won't be as simple as that, but I think it may be better for my sanity. Perk could be setup with a knuckle boom relatively quickly, then I would still have a truck to use, but without swapping the engine, it will smoke all the time.
I don't think I have any project that doesn't involve another project, I have been getting things streamlined a bit, but there is still enough work for a few years with a couple guys, except I am all by myself.
The whole reason I started this process was so I wouldn't need to borrow a truck when I needed to move something, I think I am halfway there, but the last half is going to be tough due to winter. Had I completely ignored the Hill and just moved forward, I would be a good three weeks ahead, but that isn't how I handled it. I feel like it was handled better than the house out back of the SG, that took up months of my time and cost me a lot of labor.
I am trying to just put tools away, looks like I have more than a few sockets that are MIA, hopefully I can find them in the mess. On a good note, things are looking a bit better.
