Jeff, to fuel your tool addiction, the Menards down the street has that tiny bar, In blue, made by Vaughn. COO was USA last time I looked. If you want one, I can buy it for you and ship it for cost. I think it was going for like $4 last time I looked, but I don't know what a recent price is. Let me know.
Cheers,
JimDon

PS If you are an EDC kind of person, buy two, and hit the second one with the grinder to custom make one for your pocket.

I have that same prybar Outlaw owns and it's even from Vaughan's. However mine is 100% made in USA, but is the older version. I bought mine at a shop called Home Depot, but mine is silver and the packaging was also made in USA as well.

As for Dasco Pro, I highly recommend that company as well. All of their products are made in USA and my metal working and mason's chisel are made by them and naturally are made in USA as well. Bought them at Home Depot as well.

Here is a link to the mini pry bar though Jeff via www.Amazon.com. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0009VM66Q/?tag=atomicindus08-20

I've never have had an issue with Amazon and they are easy to reach, but Menards, not so much at times. Plus with Amazon, you can live chat them 24 hours a day. Even weekends.

A little tool kit I put together. Everything 4in or smaller.... sorta.

Nuts

DSC_0491copy.jpg

I like that setup! compact and yet can do quite s lot for such a small set with small tools.

Xcelite used to make a small set of drivers that had a larger slip on torque handle; I wonder if something like that would fit your small driver?

Very similar. Yours are smaller than the ones I've seen; and I found a set of mine for hex drivers. It's just under 1/2" (.490 ish) on mine, not 7/16. I'd bet yours came with a torque handle originally.

Not really what I'd class as tiny, but to show the torque handle:

Have several sets of those - hex drivers, sockets, screwdrivers both standard and phillips. All accept the torque handle.

For more leverage in my kit, I use the short extension with the ratcheting handle slipped on, then add the black driver handle. Plenty of leverage to strip screw heads.

A couple more small tools surfaced while reorganizing the Kennedy 520 boxes:

A hand vise with 3/8" wide jaws:
attachment.php

And a (mostly) brass chuck adapter from the auger square shank as found on a std Bit brace to the now conventional 3 jaw drill bit chuck. max capacity on this is maybe 1/4"; and I cannot even imagine using a brace on a small drill even as large as say 1/8".. :wtf:

Rust, you may hold the record for the smallest Crescent so far; what is that one, 2-1/2, 3 inches? :wtf:

And you need to do some better pics of some of the other small tools there!

These are all at my "tinker shop" at my house.

Cool stuff! The things that catch my eye are the saws, (I also have some similar) the odd little level, (inside the Vee of the big ratchet) and the tinners hammer with the carved hatchet handle. I'm guessing that was designed for being able to have a choke up grip h=near the head, and a "regular" grip near the end of the handle. Did you make it Rust?

Yeah I made that handle. that little hammer comes in handy.
My dad made the brass headed one next to it.

The little level is a stanley. they are designed to go on a framing square.
I finally found a period correct thumb screw for it.

The jeweler/fret saws are really cool. I dont really use them beacuse I have 100 other things to cut with, but they look good on the wall

Not that I don't have some small tools, but this subject kind of hit a small

portion of funny bone from an experience many years ago.

An aircraft came back from a mission, and a gripe was turned in:

" Sounds like a little man hitting the inside of 'Black Box' with little hammer !"

Avionics shop guy signed the gripe off:

" Took little hammer away from little man !"

True story

I just used one of mine a week ago. We needed a tiny set screw, so we lopped off a bit of a #6 screw, an used a wire type blade to cut the screwdriver slot in it. :D

Got something to add to the "Tiny Tools" box: a miniature "Bridge clamp: less than 1" capacity; looks like 13/16ths max...

I used to have a few much larger: 2 @ 18-20 lbs ea. and another one that was about 12 IIR... (for a 4" clamp...)

I've posted this in another thread ("my great great grandfather's pipe wrench" or something like that) but here is my grandfather's watch fob. I found an ad for it in the June 1904 "Amateur Work" magazine. It actually operates. My uncle was allowed to play with it in church, to keep him quiet.

Wow, that's an AWESOME monkey wrench, Alan. Anyone who likes old tools would love to have it. And to have it from your own grandfather makes it better yet. Guard it well, and pass it on someday to someone else in your family who can truly appreciate old tools and old family heirlooms.

And some of my mini wood working tools;

A spokeshave and razor blade plane:

The plane had 4 different configurations, above and the shorty version below:

As well as a 2 "curved" ways, and this one you can use it either way:
attachment.php

And a miter box and back saw, which will do wood, plastics, or soft metals:
