so these 2 pics aren't really connected except for the cool gripline handles. !st is a fairly early (feb 1938) full page ad for the 7/16 drive line and stresses the "gold" finish. 2nd pic are some of the more distinctly Blackhawk made 3/8" drive tools i recently found in a carb kit. Ratchet is Bendix /Stromberg but the driver is a Carter, one of the sockets is marked Carter too.

Just more and different tool lineups over the years. Mine is a bit different. They got bigger and held more stuff as time went by.

I just clicked on my screen name up top and "ignoring" is one of the choices in the drop down menu. Clicking on that takes me to the list of (zero) people I am ignoring. I'm guessing that's where I'd have the option of un-ignoring them.

Picked up this really cool gallon can of jack oil today and this dual marked Blackhawk/Armstrong 4731-a doe. I am so excited about this can. I traded a quart size I had years ago and regretted it ever since. You guys see many of these cans?

The other day I was sent to the surplus store at the local University to pick up some chairs for a family member. While there, I took a look around and stumbled upon this 3118 9/16 hex T-handle wrench. It still has traces of Cosmoline on it!
