Pic posting time!

I learned that the Bahco outlet store was open again this summer, trying to empty the last of the stock. Went there as fast as I could :)

I'm planning on going back as soon as possible. There was more unsorted boxes with some NOS stuff in and I must buy more!

Where is that location Frasse? When is it open, please let me know!

Stupid question, but what does NOS stand for? "Not on shelves"??

Like north said. Stuff no longer sold but still unused.

Where is that location Frasse? When is it open, please let me know!

It's in Bahcos old facilities (Tallbacksvägen 2) in Enköping. Open wednesdays 16-19 and saturdays 10-14. Open until 28:th july (not the 6/6 and 23/6 though).

For the Belzer fans on here. A 3/8 6-Point Socket set: 6-19mm sockets, Ratchet, Breaker Bar and Extension Bar. In lovely condition and hardly used, and all for £16. Ebay is your friend.

The four sockets at the front are later duplicates branded just 'Belzer'. This must be after Sandvik sold the company.

I've posted photos of the Insulated Belzer Set on here before but who cares - you can have some more.

Amazing sets! Really nice stuff.

Someone better at Belzer (perhaps Monte) might correct me on this, but I think if they just say "Belzer" they're from before Bahco/Sandvik bought them. I don't think there is any after era, the brand is dead.

oh! I am defenately going... THANKS!

Taking the ferry huh? :)

Thanks for the autopsy pics

Monte,
I have couple of large wbg sockets 23mm and up. They are made in Germany. But they are from 10 years ago.
in the old days like 10 years ago everything was made in germany :D

What is the price for the gedore pass through set? Looks pretty.
224.-€ with 19% tax incl.

Bought some nice bahco´s today, and a Belzer....:rocker:
very nice set !! :pimpflash

ahah the prices were wrong online...i contact them to know the shipping costs...and they update the price!!
 should have ordered before asking

I recently aquire a flat screwdriver from merkur - germany ....never eard about this brand before...but seems to be well builded...pics later...you already know something about this brand?
There is a company: "Merkur Werkzeug-Fabrik Fritz Happich" , but no homepage.
Just found out (with Googles help :)) that the plastic manufacturer www.befi-plastic.de made the screwdrivers for Merkur tools.

JAZ & GRIP ON
Me gusta mogollón :)

I'm waiting the 7ur. :D
nice

I have some, I'll post it later.
cool :pimpflash

The 1/2 to 3/8 adaptor has "max 202nm" and the 3/8 to 1/4 "max 62nm".
Hazet too !

The 3/8 gu3 is longer than a regular 3/8 ratchet and maybe that's why. With all three of them you Can transfer much more power than the normal length ratchet. How about a regular 3/8 ratchet resist? I had the impression that the 1/4 resist about 70 nm the 3/8 220nm and the 1/2 a lot :lol_hitti. Is that more or less correct or completely out? Perhaps this "max 200" is the the minimum guaranteed values for all 3/8 ratchets (of gedore at least) but mention only on this one cause of the larger leverage. :dunno: I don't want a longer ratchet with less durability.
i think its 68,6 NM for 1/4", 225 NM for 3/8" and 569 NM for 1/2" ;) (see Gedore catalog :) last pages) i guess because the flex joint its not as strong.

The dealer brought the 1/2 and played a little with it. I like it. Yes it's truly very very nice feature. I was afraid that it wouldn't be so handy but I was wrong.
The ratchet itself is exactly what I want. A longer Fine tooth with swivel head. But also a little expensive.
so buy it :D with all the Gedore tools you bought there (?) he should give you a special "house price" i think ;)

Sadly it not mine:D
my friend new tools I'm just :eyecrazy:
please more pics of your friends tools :beer:

Du suckar! You ****! Lived 50 km from Bacho in Enköping for the first 30 years. Passed through the city every day on my way to the work for many years. Now on the other side of the baltic sea, rrr!

Are they leaving Enköping totally? For all of you around the world, Enköping is a small town of about 30 000 inhabitants. Bacho was found in that town, the adjustable wrench was invented there, they have a 3.4 metres high adjustable wrench wrench on the city border, once upon a time it was a big company also making ventilation equipment, and now, nothing. It's quite a strike to the identity of such a town.

Pic posting time!

Yeah, the prices are amazing for some stuff. The 319 was 100:-, compared to normal 250:-. The adjustables are 2:nd class, but still you can find ones with hardly detectable imperfections. I'm mostly after the wrenches and stuff in the unsorted boxes though. And some stuff for the in-car toolkit :)

Wow, my first suckage! :)

As I understood from my chat with the cashier all tooling have been shipped to Spain and there will be no more production in Enköping. What will happen with the buildings I don't know. I'm guessing there is a lot of disgruntled workers in Enköping now.

If you go there on wednesday, please take some more pics?

I´ll go there next week:drool:

I'll try to get more pics. Want to go wednesday at least. The more you wait the more one of a kinds gets sold :)

I forgot to post some pix of my latest purchase. A Small Unior Prybar.
Used the big one quite heavily when remodelling our house and it did well. Thats why I purchased a smaller version for smaller jobs but I think I also need a even smaller one.

Free Gedore ratchet? And it's working? That is

Yes! :bounce: It was in a drawer with old and broken stuff. Ι play a little and could not find any flaw. I took it home and open it. All was in a perfect condition and oiled. Since then I use it occasionally with no problem at all. .

¡¡¡Free!!!, Great Lok!!

Thanks. I think I'm lucky.

Yes I have seen it but I thought it was only for sockets and not for the drivers.

Maybe I buy both! :rocker: (doesn't any money remained :D)
Yes all the gedore tools that I have are from the same dealer. The price was very good from the beginning. Then it became even better. Also I have better price to the gedore tools than the other brands that he have. Thats why I choose gedore pliers over the Knipex for example.

hmmm italian Beta and a nice fine tooth Gedore ratchet !:thumbup:

Thanks:)

I can find more. I did not have time to look better in the store. Were mixed with new ones. I hop to find all the basic numbers.

Some tools where still ziptied and never used.

I tend to get going when it comes to Bacho. It was kind of the landmark for quality tools in Sweden for decades. Before globalisation there were, more or less, two brands of quality tools in Sweden. Kamasa was the cheaper but still OK, Bacho was top notch, used by most proffesionals, the repair shop on your grandpas farm or whereever. When Bacho closed production in Enköping in 2007 the county museum made a documention of the life in the factory, b t w written by an ex girlfriend of mine. Only in swedish though, not even a summary in english. Can be downloaded here: http://www.upplandsmuseet.se/Upload/2189/Skiftnycklar_low.pdf

I have the same problem. I try once to get some but all was very blurry. When I have time I'll try again.

All tools in your Gedore cantilever toolbox?

No. Sadly no. The gedore catilever was too expensive. This is one pastorino, probably from Taiwan. Once I had post some Photos. I repost them. More photos from the catilever when new tools will arrive.

It's not bad at all. It's not a gedore (btw the gedore are the best catilever that I've ever seen) but is very decent and durable enough. Also it was in a very good price. For 30-35 Euros (including the VAT, if I remember correctly) it was the only choice that I had. Following the facom (pretty much the same) with 50+vat and the unior (I don't remember the price).

Woww!! very nice shopping, you are so lucky to be there:rocker:
any other Belzer wrenches?

There were other wrenches, but this one had "Germany" on it so it was the first choice.

@Monte, next year me and my fiance are visiting Germany, it's my "homeland, but I haven't lived there since I was very very young, so I was wondering what are some tool store franchises in Germany that would be located all over the country, just like America's "Home Depot" and "Lowes". I don't really remember anything from there, because like I said, I was very young.
