Thank you all for your help, I see more clearly what I want now!
Grinder:
I think that I'll buy with the Flex 3309 FRG, the brands you proposed makes equal/better products but not for the budget I fixed. As I said I want a little multi-purpose tool, lightness is a big plus, the flex is "only" 1000W but only weights 1,9kg, it seems to have all the features I wanted, so if it's german made, the last question have its answer....
I'll keep in mind the brands you've proposed for a more heavy duty 230mm.
@Monte: My brother have one of these tools but I've never used it, I don't know how it will work in my house, walls are in stone (house from 1827), it's much harder than brick and usual concrete. I'll borrow it and make a test, it looks safer than the angel grinder!
Dishwasher:
My mom asked for a few specific features such as cutlery drawer, integrable but not fully integrable (she wants the commands on the panel), less than 45dB and modular drawers. I browsed manufacturer's websites for Bosch and Siemens models, and asked for prices in shops, I didn't see anything under 1000€ (only a Siemens fully integrable on sale for 990€), nothing in stock and salesmen didn't care about what I was asking for so I went back home not really happy and decided to browse online, finally found the cheapest of the selected models for 850€ delivered (cheapest Siemens with cutlery drawer).
After what you told me I browsed again Bosch's website but in Germany, almost all the models are different from the belgian website, the ratio features/money is higher too!
In Belgium the third tray for cutlery can only be found on 1000€+ models but the model that Monte advised (SMI68M35EU) have one, well I think that VarioSchublade is how Bosch call it in Germany, but is not sold in Belgium. I've only found german website on google.be, it seems that some models are specific to a country, or maybe they call it differently...
Anyway I've found a german website selling it for 633€ delivered to Belgium, and it's even better that the Siemens I had selected, the energy class is better!
So thank you all and thank you Monte!
Back on the "real tool" track, it's a good news too because I have a deal with my mom, each time I do a long job at home, I have a new tool related to the job in exchange of the time I spend, slowly I have to borrow less and less tools...
This time I need an angled grinder and a portable saw, but as the she wanted a dishwasher a bit more pricey than expected I said I'd go for a Bosch portable saw instead of a Festool.
But as we're back in the budget for the dishwasher, I can still take the Festool!
It's not a matter of new cars needing tools, it's because a Nano set is super cool in its own right.
Exactly

It's a clever condensate of tools, ready to help when you need it, not especially for your car (other people's car less reliable than yours and without a Nano set in the trunk!).
It's so small and cute, you can take it everywhere, to the cinema, in the shower, in the plane... It's definitely THE accessory if you want to be "IN"!
Just as the Bosch mini cordless driver, it should be part of the basic "purse set" of a decent girlfriend, I have a Valentine's day gift idea now
