The blue driver is dedicated for hose clamps (7mm), at least it is branded ABA who makes plenty of hose clamps and it is sold as such over here. This is nice tool and great for those hard to get clamps but it does not last very long under hard use. The flex leg bends and loses capability to transmit torque from handle to tip. This one is still fine.I've been looking at various brands of those flex shaft nut drivers. How they differ from a normal nut driver is that the "socket" portion is very thin allowing access to the screw head on a hose clamp.

Wera feels softer to bend, probably due to longer flex-leg.
I am hoping WERA's thicker flex leg can take more abuse than ABA. Only time will tell.
