@Cosmik : Very nice tools, i like your old Hazet set, beautiful finished ratchet. Very impressive and quite unusual in nowadays France to still find peolple with such nice tools, you're a "connaisseur" !
nah... that's just some old junk as Monte said!

don't be so impressed by it, it's only cheap but durable junk...

you're right, here it's either you're a total Facom nutcase(the "nothing *is* better than Facom!" crowd) or a Mag(*nordic*-sounding name)sson believer(cheap *** B***o-D***t's "lifetime warranty" brand...) or you're working with good, unassuming tools from various origins and you keep a low profile on the french forums unless you want to get toasted!

)
and as for being a "connaisseur", well, i'm a long way from that... but i do thank Saint-Monte everyday for the awereness(and the good ideas!)!
i had some nice tools before lurkin' here but wasn't really aware of all the good stuff that was available around the world; that said, i've always tried new stuff and adopted what worked, not what looked nice and shiny or was "fashionable", the PB swiss drivers for example were first bought along my first Felco C7 cable cutter in a trip where i forgot to bring my bike toolkit, since then i've bought numerous other brands but they're still here... same thing with my Stahlwille Open Box 13 series of wrenches: felt in luv' with the handling and balance and never looked back nor at the price stickers!
after all is said, they're just tools there to help us perform task, nothing less nothing more. but they're the tools i've chosen to work with.

Please tell me more about your Dremometer, is it a part of your bicycle tool collection ?
was always looking for the small aluminium ones(1 to 12Nm) and jumped on it when i saw this one NOS: perfect for bike use(all those C, Al or Ti fasteners really require it), you can grip it wherever you want that doesn't change the torque setting! and bonus point for no one has the same where i'm using it! mmmm... all things considered, that can be said for most of my tools too!
eehhh öööhhhh uhhhhh that was more meant like a joke

...
i dont even have a car

(only my father...)
tss-tss! Monte, don't you know where his car keys are?

btw: (
smartass mode on) the screwdrivers are made by Walter Schröder and the bits by Robert Schröder

(
smartass mode off)
damn those Schröder brothers! can't they call their respective companes something like Roschrö und Walschrö like every good reasonable german company??? no cookie for any of them!
next time we cross the Rhine, awesome Schröder bit dispenser here we come!

how many 1/2" socket sets and bikes do you have ?
only three and one is incomplete...

as for the bikes... twenty-something... but does it counts as one when frame and parts are strewn all around the house and garden?
