Yes it is the 10, 15, and 20 and you should be getting them Monday. If you end up liking them and want to get the other sizes they are available.

I just ordered and received a 3 piece Felo Torx driver set off Amazon... only $11! They feel great in the hands, and it is a joy using them. I'll be buying more simply because the handles have a nice large diameter in the back. I use my torx stuff on carbide tooling, and some of it is really cranked down tight. The large handles help a lot.

I have that Torx set and love it. I don't use a ton of Torx fasteners, but when i do, it's worth it to have nice drivers.

check out the shops that monte has written but I think most wont ship overseas since the german speaking and european market is already so big. Maybe you can send GJ member Jens a message if he can also sell you some gedore stuff. (if I remember correctly he is more a hazet dealer but just ask him).


Yesterday a friend of mine said to me he has a present. And if I want to keep it I can. Of course I wanted to keep it.
As you can see that 512 STahlwille 1/2 inch ratchet was beaten alot :-o

But after some elbow grease I was like new again
Naaaah that is just my so far not that often used model =). They sell rebuild kits for those ratchets but it costs nearly the same (26euros) that I paid for my spotless ratchet (got a very good deal with that one). Plus I would also need a new handle.

That's a sweet gift Phobo. Does it work properly? Easy job to clean the ratchet and smooth out the handle if you want to.

yeah the old Hazet fine tooth ratchets are nice, but you have to hurry up if you want one But in reality i think one ratchet per drive size is enough... so don´t worry or just wait maybe the next Hazet fine tooth ratchet will be even better or Gedore makes one with palm control..... just wait

I have the wurth that basically are rebranded felo and i like them. The fitment is very good but the whispers said that wera has even better.

you have a well trained eye =) 2 are standart versions and one with quick release.

That's a sweet gift Phobo. Does it work properly? Easy job to clean the ratchet and smooth out the handle if you want to.

My friend said it slipping sometimes so it needs an overhaul. But I think I will leave at as it is and hope that one time I maybe find a rebuild kit on ebay. Better invest the money in some sockets.
Really dont like the way how stahlwille labels their sockets.

Like Dillithium says it's a kind of gripping plier. The flat surface and the big teeth are good for gripping small nuts and stripped screws and such. Such things that you would often use a locking plier for, but this has better reach. You can see a intended use on the packaging, even though it's not a great picture. It doesn't close fully (per design) and have high leverage handles.

It's hard to explain, but it has a very firm grip on small nuts/items.
Once you've used it, you'll want one.
I just didn't know Bahco made them, I've been looking for one for a while now but I didn't know they were still made, it's kind of an old tool.
I'll have to run out tomorrow morning and see if my local store has one, though I hate the orange.

Here in sweden they're quite common. Even cheap brands have them. Bahco dripped handles aren't the nicest, but they're ok.

Thanks for the video. I haven't tried the Ergonics (only hard handle), but I must say for my hands, the Weras have been better. It's probably like shoturtle says, cause I have quite small (glove size 9) and delicate programmer hands

I feel quite silly though because the lined up tangs thing makes me feel "Yes, I want those!" It disturbs me that I can't line up both handles and tips on most drivers.

Took delivery today of a large set of used Facom 40R spanners. I already had a new smaller set, and when the used set arrvied I was pleasantly surprised to see they were marked France. There were a few other minor differences and I've compared the 19mm (largest common size I had) spanners below. I was (am) pleased with the new set when I bought it, but the difference in finish quality is fairly obvious.

The French set is missing the 10,14, and 15, so I'll be keeping an eye out for these to fill in the blanks (I have the 10 and 14 in the new set, but they will either live on the pegboard, or in a portable box).

The French version is on the bottom of the photos, the other (Taiwan?) version is on the top.


Marked "France" instead of "OGV", and the stampings are notably sharper on the French version. Note the differences in the open-end profile. The ring end on the French version also has a rounder bevel inwards to the working surface.

All of the newer imported Facom wrenches seem to have a "crippled" forging around the inscription, not only the 40R but also the 440 series and the "power" series wrenches (40 LA)....

I recently purchased a 1/4" drive "WorkZone" socket set from Aldi - cheap, and just to keep in the back of the car. Didn't think much about it, but had a look this eve and it's made by Meister (everything stamped with their logo, and "Chrom Vanadium").The plastic handles on the ratchet and driver seem a bit cheap, but everything metal appears well made and has a nice matte-satin finish. I assume they're made in Taiwan/China though?

Meister is not really sought after, but since these tools or similar tools are sold under different brand names in food stores and big box stores around the globe and it seems many people are happy with these tools, i guess they might work for hobby use (or more ?) Suppliers/OEM´s seem to change sometimes though - so it will be difficult to say if the quality is always the same especially when it comes to power tools where tool "A" works good but tool "B" from the same brand not so good.
