Actually no, I use pretty much everything. I haven't pay for all of them though. The black witte and the Peugeot is gift from my dealer.

could you check what that orage-ish 'swiss made" screwdriver is and if there's a Hazet 7mm hex t-handled driver in there(if such a thing existed, of course!)? thnaks!
speaking of old Hazet tools, i just got something a bit older, kinda like an "old old tools from the Old World-ish" kind of tool:
no model number and french markings: "imported from Germany"!

The plastic version is the cheapest for about € 3.- , the dimensions are L:250mm, W:48mm, H:68mm

German reunification was on the 10/3/1990 so the tools are made before october 3rd. 1990 (or maybe on that day or even days later....?)
on the other hand....there is a car parts store which sells wheel chocks, they are brand new i swear...and they still say " Made in W. Germany" .... sometimes you also see products with a "Made in [] Germany" (Where thew "W" simply was ground away from the mold and you see a rectangular "box" instead of the "W")

I love the old black handles and trinamic screwdrivers Seriously, the W. Germany mark was phased out gradually as dies got replaced. They first started the process in 1990. But the change was not made overnight. I have a 1/2 sliding T in a 900 socket set which I bought new in 2007 which is still marked "Made in W.Germany"
If it is marked "Made in Germany", you can be sure that it was made some time after 1990, But if it is marked "Made in W.Germany", you really can't be sure. But a good guess would be 90's or earlier.
Very nice screwdrivers made in Japan.

i dunno ...
maybe something which don´t exist anymore so there is only "x" amount of tools to collect since no new tools come to the market anymore.... maybe i would look out for Dowidat and Belzer........but if you come across some Hazet, Stahlwille or Gedore.....

I picked up a pair from an ebay seller who was auctioning off Proto VDE rebadged NWS for £9 (inc P&P). Since Proto isn't really well known there was no demand for them.

Gardening season started this weekend in scandinavia - seams like the frosty nights are finally over. First BBQ dinner this year...but the grill was nasty, so I had to persuade my son to do a clean-up. Nice tools made it easy...
