well, a small bit of cash but lots of time to find a local firm that can do a good job of it and even then with the crack i'm not sure that would be better than using what's still usable of the original edge.
True.
But it's worth looking into for cutters that cost $50 - 100 per new IMHO (they can get crazy; some are over $200 <fibre optic & medical cutters>

) assuming they're not broken or worn out at that point. Definitely less expensive anyway....
it looks niftily purty and, maybe, is even better than that!
Hope so.

Either way, you'll find out ...
i wouldn't be surprised that one of those made it for Würth though... maybe Monte will chime in with his vast knowledge of brands and tool subcontracting...
They don't remind me of any of the brands I listed, but I could be wrong.
those Swanstrom are new to me and i should be adding one to the list soon. or shouldn't but will...
They're quite good, and excellent value (slightly less expensive than their Euro counterparts; say ~$10 per pair). Not the absolute best perhaps, but close if the size will work (theirs tend to be a bit larger then their competitors for the same wire gauge ratings = can be a problem in tight quarters).
Person that started the company was the individual that sold Diamond Tool & Horseshoe to Cooper Industries back in the '80's (green handled Xcelites are the old Diamalloy cutters & pliers).
FWIW, Lindstrom used to be the best when they were still made in Sweden, but that's since changed (Sandvik moved manufacturing to Spain, then sold it to SNA Europe). Red handled Snap on's are Lindstroms with red handles.
Tronex are top notch (the best available ATM IMHO; I even prefer these to Erem), and you might want to give them a look as well. Not sure what either these or Swanstroms would go for in EU though, so Schmitz will probably be the best value of all (they make great cutters as well from what I understand, I just didn't need any when I ordered my pliers).
With the exception of Excelta, they each actually manufacture most or all of their own cutters and pliers (Lindstrom does import one line from Ideal-tek, which makes amazing tweezers). Unless it's a bargain, I don't touch their products (top notch stuff is way overpriced after their markup, and the rest is really cheap junk).
