There was certainly no COO
from the manufacturer on the package. And if there is one on the tool I couldn't see it (not with me right now). Distributors here are required to put their own declaration on each item with the COO along with other info. Not sure if it's by law or some stores require it. And so far from what I've seen from the Bahco distributor they are very accurate with those.

Searching the model online says made in Sweden everywhere where they mention a COO. Also, this thing used to be freaking expensive for a drywall saw. I bought it because it was on clearance, so they could have had it for a while. Expensive tools are not the most sold items in the store where I bought it

The odd thing is I saw Sweden as the COO on their stranded cable cutters. I can't remember whether the other pliers were Spain, France or China, but these were the odd one in the bunch.
