This is a new complete Stahlwille torque wrench set with 39 insert tools - arrived today! :rocker::rocker:

WOW!! That is such a nice set and I can see where I could use something like that while working on my cars as those interchangeable heads come in very handy. I am afraid to ask but I will :) How much is a set like that selling for?
Enjoy as that is Soooo Nice :) :)

Some Lockweiler Stala set STS6 and STS9 delivered last week. Made in Germany; only stamped on the packaging, nowhere on the bins.
I had to buy these locally ($32 AUD)
I searched through my list of German suppliers, could only find Zoro that appears to ship overseas.

Also some REMA TECHNIBROSSE brushes for shellac (bought from the US).

There is a business in Paris Rem'art , that appears to sell this brand. Anyone know them?
http://remart.fr

And some wooden screw clamps made by Dubuque Clamp Works, USA.
some 5", to go with 8" and 10".

Compac 1.5T-HC jack. Low entry 98mm (under 4 ") High lift 800mm (31 1/2")

The back of the arm at the stickers is 6" from the ground in the lowest position.

Made in Denmark like it's nearest competitor AC-Hydraulics.

IMG_1994.jpg

In action. The front jacking point is way back on the subframe. Only a long low entry jack design can lift in one go without messing about with jacking the sill.

It's on a W but is a 2.9 Litre D8. Back in the day it must have sat unsold at a dealer for sometime.

Without the D9's electronics it's proved 100% reliable in the 5 years I've had it.

Hi guys, I picked up another old wrench today. Very heavy duty 27mm x 28mm box wrench.

France is the country of manufacture.

Eternum is the brand but it was hard to make out, plus I'm unfamiliar with it. Tough to take a picture as well due to round beam and chrome wear. I see online few examples of this brand.

It reminds me of early Blue Point and Williams round stock wrenches of the 30's-40's

Can anyone roughly tell the date of manufacture?

I'm sold, German tools are just as good or better than American. I have a new sub addiction to my tool addiction.

Thanks for the reply :) If I earned my living working on cars I would buy them in a heartbeat but....... Even with my college degree and my hobby of working on my own cars I could not justify it. Oh well, one can dream right? :)

What jackstands are those?

Thanks

Draper AS6000. 22" lowest to 34"

Also marketed in the UK under the SIP brand in a black finish.

I was going to buy some Danish Compac stands but I saw these Chinese made ones at 50% off on Amazon. As it turned out it was just a tatty box !

No chance of getting crushed under heavy duty stand like this :shocking:

First ever PB for me, I will say that I'm going to purchase more!

I think most people who buy PB quickly ends up with more :)

I'm no stranger to good tools but was completely taken by surprise by the quality of the PB tools. And especially the bits. I currently use Wera, but I seriously consider going PB instead. If it had been a bit easier to get here I probably would've.

For everyone considering PB, be warned! Highly addictive!

Yeah what sold me was this exact thread of others P Baumann's tools. I then watched their company video and was amazed at the shear dedication to perfection. I finally ordered this set and it exceeded all my expectations.

Awsome Monte thanks!!!!!

Now if you can just try a high pressure washer now please, or a steam hose maybe ?? As that's what they used to blast my toolboxes with lol....
Seriously, that's great Very helpfull, they're maybe a bit steep, but specific job separated tools could be handy for more specialist gear...

Thanks !

Huh, interesting. I have the 18v Metabo version of this.

Really sharp from the factory and plenty of power.

Freund offers a couple of rebadged Metabo hedge trimmers for the DIY user [red] and the pro [green (w/double ground blades/double gear reduction)]
