This is typical among small business in Taiwan; but here you can find used, vintage, rare, parts for power tools easily.
Next on the totem pole are the the larger chain stores like this:
I was told this is equivalent to a Home Depot/Lowes type deal.
Now for the
holy grail, the
crème of the crop:
Small selection of Snap-On.
They have a remarkable amount of PB Swiss.
This little guy caught my attention.

Hazet and Stahlwille selection is pretty comparable.
This ratchet is so nice Laro13. In fact, I like it
better than the Nepros 90 series. The Hazet feels much more robust and brute.
